I am a foreigner in France, bought a caravan, and friends recommended an online company for the carte grise, this way you don't need to go to a workshop. After payment, when I got to the list of documents, I realized I was missing some papers that they were requesting, and finally decided to not make a carte grise anymore, and just have the caravan in place, and not move it anymore.
Turns out once you pass a certain level and you get to document uploading, you are not eligible to receive full refund anymore, because the site fills out some documents automatically for you(you can do it yourself in 10minutes), but they charge you 35 Eur for it, and you can get back only 28 Eur. The site also says that you can call and ask for a full-refund, if you did not use the documents that they give you, but since my french is not perfect, I sent them an email. Guess what - 3 emails in which I explained them the situation, and that I am not making the carte grise anymore, and I should be eligible for a full refund - in 2 responses he just talked about some pack serenis offers, and in the last one, he said that the refund was already completed(he did not mentioned if it was full, or only 28 Eur). It's been 14 days - I am on Revolut, anything reimbursed is instantly added to my account.
Also, of course they shove the Pack Serenis Insurance down my throat, and charged me 12,90 Eur. Thankfully I saw it on time, and only paid one time - No email to confirm or inform you that you will have a recurring payment, nothing - the very definition of a scammy stuff, we have seen enough online, a serious company does not do things like this.

Stay away - not recommended.

If you're a foreigner in France like me and need to simplify bureaucracy, don't think you can do that with this company.
I bought myself a caravan here and needed to get a new carte grise with my name on it. I got together required papers and sent to them. When they got them I got charged extra 10€ because they didn't accept my justificatif de domicile. Even if it was from Total Energie and said on it "justificatif de domicile".
Then they didn't accept copy of my passport. They wanted "titre séjour en cours de validité". My passport is Icelandic and therefore I don't have, or need titre séjour. I don't think the competence requirements need to be very high to figure that out.
To put the icing on the cake I asked my wife to call them and explain this (my french is not good enough). After waiting for few minutes on the line on their 800 number (0.80€ / min + prix appel) she got in touch with some grumpy lady that was shouting the whole conversation.
I'm now waiting for them to send me my papers back so I can do this with someone else.
