Placed order 15/12/25. Received confirmation email, followed by message stating order was being processed. Order received 17/12/25 perfectly packaged. I was amazed at how quickly I received my order, especially at this time of year. Will definitely use this company again.

Ordered 2 x boxes of Fondant Creams from Guilberts Chocolates online on 30th November, for a Christmas Present - looked amazing and very good price.
Due to the postal strike I unfortunately did not receive the goods, but I wanted to write a review, because, from the very beginning, from order to enquiry about my missing goods, Alan White was exceptional. He responded almost immediately to my enquiry to the missing goods, urging me to wait a little longer (until Christmas Eve) in case they turned up but to let him know and if not he would refund me in full. In the end I waited until yesterday (3rd Jan 2023) to give it time for the postal strike backlog to be over and then I contacted him once again via email to inform him that I still had not received my goods. I once again requested a refund and said that should the goods turn up in the meantime I would return them to him. He refunded me the very same day in full (including postage costs) and advised that should the goods turn up to keep them.
Such very good service and response, which is a rarity nowadays and I will be sure to buy any of my future chocolates or fondant cream gifts from Guilberts. Would highly recommend.
