Just bought a Gretsch 5420 from here, having spent ages making up my mind. Petes attitude was the same throughout. Make sure you are happy and take as much time as you need.

My son & I visited the shop on a whim as he had been wanting a new guitar for a long time. So glad we did, what an Aladdin's cave. A lot of gorgeous guitars with interesting history to them. The owner was very friendly, helpful and informative. It was all very relaxed and absolutely no hard sell. He said my son could try out which ever guitar he wanted and of course he fell in love with one. We thought about it and went to pick it up the next day. The owner even put himself out to be at the shop at a time that suited us. A really enjoyable experience and my son has a quality guitar that will probably be with him for life. I can't praise this shop enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I bought a pre owned, unmarked American Stratocaster from Guitar House in Sonic Blue with a Rosewood board and it is fantastic. It was set up to perfection and all I had to do was put on a fresh set of D'Addarios and find an Imperial size trem arm. Brilliant. Highly recommended.
