Excellent products, fast service, reasonable price (and well packaged)
Excellent products, received exactly what I asked for and everything was of a high quality.
I got aniline dyes, shellac flakes, and a (gorgeous) veneer. All items were of a high quality, well packaged to minimise the risk of damage, and was shipped out quickly. The chosen shipping company got the product to me quite fast too.
Price was very fair. Not cheap, but you pay for quality, and I was pleased.

Outstanding customer care.
I needed a long radius sanding beam, to 'true up' a fretboard. I couldnt find a long one anywhere at a price i could afford. The luthier who's teaching me, recommended i check out Guitars & Woods. I did, They had what I needed, and at a great price. I'm in the UK near London, G&W are in Portugal, and its getting close the Christmas. I placed the order at 08.00 on a Tuesday and it arrived on my doorstep at 11.00 the next day, beautifully wrapped and protected in bubble wrap. Simply outstanding service and customer care. Thank you G&W... I'll be back for more. Merry Christmas.

Terrible postal and service
Though Guitars & Woods are prompt in posting goods the carrier UPS lost the package then asked me to do their paperwork to request a 10 day investigation as to how they had lost it. After many emails and phone calls the items arrived nearly a month late. G&W's website estimated 3 to 6 days. I can understand delays but not the 26 days it took with no compensation. Until they can sort a better service I cannot make any further purchases from them.
