“50% off”, i put the discount code on my 5 ralph lauren kilos. Only 2.5 kilos arrived.
They said “the discount code cannot be applied in kilos”. Why did they accept my order in kilos with the discount code? They immediately should have told me it was not possible.
Moreover some items arrived with some holes.
i do not recommend the purchase

I wanted to clarify a few things you had left out from your review, as I believe they are imperative to the complaint.
Our Kilo listings aren't eligible for discount, however we make note of this with an image that has text on, within the product listing you would have purchased, plus a description stating 'when codes are used, the discounted weight will be a reflection' - we in fact honoured your order and gave you a higher weight than our rule outlined.
The kilo stock is designed for re-selling, and is £10/kg at a wholesale value, of which you paid only £5/kg. The holes and marks are highlighted within the description also, where stating 'Grade C items will be included in the kilos, due to the price'. All points raised were highlighted coherently.
Second to this, the other query was your shipping cost you had paid for 5 kg of weight, which we accepted and reimbursed you part of the shipping cost.
We have been ammacable, and looked to rectify your concerns via instagram and email, however it seems we weren't able to peacefully make a resolution within either of those.
We wish you all the best re-selling the items you purchased, and sit very confidently knowing you will be happy making a profit as an outcome,

Used this company for the first time
Used this company for the first time, and was worried when my items did not arrive after 4 days- turns out I was impatient. I emailed them and got a response very quickly, explaining how they dispatch. My items arrived a couple of days later. Packed really well, and items even better than expected. I definitely recommend this company- quality clothing, very reasonably priced.
Will definitely order again.

Excellent for Sustainability
I love Gullygarms. They are now my go-to place for branded clothes on a budget. They are honest and open about any faults with the clothes, and after the number of orders I have made (in a very short amount of time) nothing has put me off going back for more.

I love this website it’s amazing , the delivery was fast it didn’t cost too much either . The sweatshirt I ordered was the right size and exactly how I thought it would be and they sent me emails to keep me updated which helps you know what’s going on . I would defo recommend if you into vintage clothes , or vintage designer clothes .
