Excellent product, terrible service
Love gumbies, I've got 3 pairs now. Terrible experience getting them delivered though. The tracking number never worked, the text notifications didn't either. I tried to email the company twice at the customer service email they provided in their order confirmation email only to have the email bounce back because it's an invalid address. Then I tried to get support through the form on their website and still haven't heard back. My order did finally arrive, though I had to pick it up from the post office because the company didn't print my delivery instructions on the package which said to throw it over the fence if I wasn't home. Luckily these shoes last for years so I won't have to order again anytime soon.

Absolutely horrible customer service, bogus company.
Absolutely horrible customer service, do not trust these guys! I paid for a pair of Gumbies over two weeks ago and they have not responded to any of my emails. The customer service email gets a bounce back as does their "headquarters" email, I tried contacting Tom Collis who is apparently their manager and he does not respond. Now they have my money and I have no way of getting anything back. WARNING! DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE!!

Probably make good flip flops but they should not have Australian labels on them. They are not made in Australia, materials do not come from Australia and it appears that the company is headquartered in UK. The only connection appears to be that the CEO lived in Australia for a short time as a teenager. Truth in advertising must count for something.....
