No delivery, delivery times not reliable, customer service does not react
Ordered 4 pairs of wellies. 3 pairs were on stock, for one it said 5-9 days delivery time. This was fine for me. After 10 working days i still got nothing. Only after asking , i was told that obviously delivery from the wholeseller for the missing pairs takes longer. Already in my mail I asked for deleting the order of this particular pair. Being asked again , I agreed again to ship the ones on stock. Nothing happened. Another person contacted me again with the same question. As I urgently needed the shoes , I asked again to ship ASAP and it was promised the same day. Another week later now, still no shipment info, no delivery, customer service is not responding. No phone number. Will request over 200 € back via PayPal, withdraw my order and never ever order there again.

Offwhite/black best colour, bright but not sensible to dirt
I bought Bodille offwhite/black strips three times: one I shortened for spring, one I made warmer with fleece, fixed by sewing. Wonderful colour, bright for save biking(/ evening dog walks, but not sensible to dirt. Best coat for ever!
