Same as everyone else, has anyone actually taken legal action or anything?

They do not even get 1 star but it won’t let me not put 1 star. Due to covid, the course in Crystal Palace was cancelled and they do not email me with updates and respond with sarcastic emails and refuse to give money back. They just keep saying your ticket is ok to use on next event. £68 spent through Eventbrite and Gung-ho are rip off merchants and a scam

Gung-ho and eventbrite company created a sports event in Manchester UK, for April 2020 and we bought 2 tickets. Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown it was postponed- and no communication were made there after. They have kept the money and then mentioned "no returns or refunds" when it was not our fault that we could not attend. Unfair. Wouldn't even give 1 star.

Avoid avoid avoid. They have set up more events thus year and still won't refund me for an event 2 years ago. Eventbrite are just as unhelpful too.

purchased tickets 3 years ago for an event that never took place and they refuse to refund. tickets bought via Eventbright, who also refuse to refund. avoid them both!

Have taken money from me 2 years ago and haven’t said a single thing about a rescheduled event, but were quick to say they won’t refund when I asked for one. They just said to wait for a new event date. We all understand they couldn’t do the event due to covid and that was fine, but now it’s clear they have stolen the money off myself and other people. Legal action needs to be taken. Beware if they rebrand as a new company, the public should be aware of their unwillingness to communicate with people they stole money from. Also they took their website down. Vile, nasty, disgusting company.

I booked and paid for a local event. It had to be cancelled due to Covid. No refunds offered, still no reschedule date over 2 years later and the credit card (John Lewis!!) company wouldn’t do a chargeback as too much time had passed. I have been chasing for a new date but they’re just stringing us along with no intention of organising one really! Seems unfair that they just took our money and got away with it!!

THIEVES!!!!!! Took £200 for an event that never went ahead due to Covid, fair enough but to then say they would be rescheduling, the whole world is back in action, not GUNGHO!! AVOID AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Disgraceful thieving charlatans! Cancelled an event due to Covid-19 2 years ago - yet haven't rescheduled any events yet claim, they may still run an event in 2022. Complete lies... nothing has been advertised and they are still holding onto the money paid.

Save yourself the agro and DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE THIEVES.

Apparently you can cancel an event, not reschedule it and not give a refund because it's in the term and conditions.

Do not give this company your hard earned money.

No refund as yet for an event cancelled nearly 2 years ago. Inadequate responses to my many emails to this company.

Event cancelled due to covid - so why no refund - say date TBC - its been 18months of me being out of pocket. No refund offered. Avoid.

waste of money, no refund from event cancelled in 2020 - now 2022 and no re-booked event or refund. don't bother booking. bunch of cowboys. friends and i wasted £200

The quality of the results is perfect, the shipping is pretty quick, and the site is very easy to use.
