GunMag Warehouse and USPS are working as a team to scam people
I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with GunMag Warehouse. I made a purchase on 1/03/2025. It took GunMag Warehouse 4 to 5 days to ship my order when they guaranteed 2 day shipping. Upon USPS in Saint Rose, La. receiving my package I was unable to obtain any information about my package. USPS keep sending me fraudulent emails promising a delivery date. My package has been just sitting there for 11 days.Upon contacting GunMag Warehouse about the matter they keep giving me excuses. Now GunMag Warehouse refuses to give my refund and claim that USPS said that they issued me a check on 1/16/2025. I never saw a check. GunMag Warehouse and USPS are working together to SCAM whoever they could. I would never support or purchase anything else from GunMag Warehouse. They're a FRAUDULENT COMPANY that's full of SCAMS. GunMag Warehouse doesn't stand behind their word. How can you trust a company that's partnered with USPS to SCAM people?

Your order was placed on 1/3/2025 and shipped on 1/7/2025, within the 2-3 business day processing timeframe we quoted. Please note that weekends are not included in the business day count. Once the package ships, we rely on USPS for delivery and do not actively track packages in transit.
On 1/14/2025, we received your notice that there was an issue with your shipment. According to USPS tracking updates, the shipment was accepted by USPS on 1/7/2025 at 6:18 PM. Following your report, we promptly opened an investigation into the package delivery. Additionally, you initiated an insurance claim with USPS.
Under USPS regulations, when a recipient files an insurance claim, any resulting payout is issued directly to the recipient. In light of this, as the claim process is intended to provide compensation, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement for the shipment in parallel.

I ordered a magazine from this website…
I ordered a magazine from this website and will absolutely never make this mistake again. I will make this review here and anywhere else I can. I was sent a magazine that lodged in my mag well. I called customer service.They told me to have someone hold it and that I should hit it with a hammer to dislodge it. Then they continued that they would not be responsible for any damage caused to the pistol during this process.

Regarding the issue you described, our customer service team provided suggestions to safely dislodge the magazine, including using a dowel rod through the ejection port to avoid further damage to your firearm. We also offered to replace the magazine if it became damaged during the removal process. However, we completely understand your concerns about attempting this yourself.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Were you able to get the round dislodged?
We want to clarify that it’s not that we don’t want to accept a return. The issue is that mailing a magazine with a live round is prohibited by law. To help, you might try removing the baseplate of the magazine. This can release the pressure on the round and give you better access to dislodge it. Using a long tool, like a screwdriver, to gently push against the front or back of the round could also work.

LE Exemption
I had requested a L.E. exemption and did not think further on it. Typically, one would have to wait days for a response. However it took no less than a couple of hours before I recieved a reply and confirmation from Dan. That quick response is an example of fine work ethic and dedication to customer service. Truly, I appreciated it.

Great Customer Service
I have been a customer for mag warehouse for several months now. Each order I placed with the company went smoothly. Until I made the mistake and ordered the wrong magazine for my Walther P22. I was apprehensive and trying to get the wrong magazines back to the company. To my pleasant surprise, it was an easy process. I did have some type of miscommunication where I was provided a shipping tracking number that turned out to not be the correct tracking number. As a result, I could not get tracking updates.
