I had my second rhinoplasty with Dr. Güray Yesiladali at the end of october 2021. I am more than satisfied with the result! During our conversation with Dr Güray Yesiladali, I felt very understood and well taken care of. I explained my problem areas to him and he understood and implemented them. In addition, I was super explained about his procedure and the result to be achieved.
The doctor has a great team which is always available for questions. Consequently, I also felt very well taken care of in the hospital. Many thanks to Dr. Güray Yesiladali and his team!

I had an amazing experience. Dr. Guray Yesiladali was very helpful during the whole experience and explained everything to me in the way I understood. I am a male with mixed ethnicities and was a little bit unsure at first since there weren't very many rhinoplasty patients with similar features to mine. I spent some time researching and consulting with different surgeons, but none of them were as friendly, helpful, and communicative as the ones at Dr. Güray's office (Vanity Clinic).

I live in America and one of his assistants, Belma Yilmaz, handled EVERYTHING travel related. She arranged an all-inclusive travel package for me, which included hospital, medicine, hotel, even food! Once I landed in Turkey, I was picked up by a driver and Belma met up with me to help me get situated. She then introduced me to Aslı, another assistant, who followed up with me everyday to check on my status and health, and helped me with everything medical related.

I really don't know what I would have done without Belma and Aslı - I was in a foreign country by myself and didn't know how to speak the native language. They were kind, responsive, and helpful. I could message either of them at any time with even the silliest questions, like translating a food order, and they would help me through it all!

Now about Dr. Güray - I had read amazing reviews and seen his past work, so I had no doubt that I would come out with the face I wanted. I didn't even need to explain much to him, I basically said "I trust you doctor, work your magic!" I had a rhinoplasty and upper blepharoplasty done, and couldn't be happier with the results. Keep in mind these are normally pretty invasive procedures, but because of his skill, I had no visible scars and fully recovered from both procedures in about 2 weeks.

When I can back to America and started going back out with friends again, many of them immediately commented that I look better - but the changes were so natural looking they couldn't figure out why!

The entire experience was everything I could have wanted and more. I got the face I wanted, an all-inclusive vacation to Turkey, and met two of the nicest assistants ever. Also, it still ended up being more affordable than if I were to go to an equally-skilled US doctor!

If you have something that you're insecure about or want changed, STOP researching and trying to find pictures of other people online - you will only psych yourself out. To get the face you want, all you need is a great doctor, and Dr. Güray is the best one in the business.

I had my nose surgery in July and I literally didnt had any pain after the surgery. I was very scared of the healing process but I cant complain about anything I just had minimalistic swellings around the eyes but this is normal. A nose job is not an easy surgery especially cause its in the middle of the face so my biggest fear was to not like my nose.. but Dr. Guray did an excellent job I couldnt ask for a better nose shape 😁 thank you again Dr. Guray and I also would like to thank Asli for everything 🤍

I had my nose surgery 4 months ago and I‘m so happy with the result. Everything was going so easy and without problems.

I had a Rhinoplatic Surgery with Dr. Yesiladali and I am 100% satisfied! The transfer between hotel, airport and clinic was always organized. If I had any questions, I could contact Asli at any time and got quick answers. The surgery went without complications and the pain was less than expected. The swelling went down well and I am super happy with the result. All in all, Dr. Yesiladili is a very friendly and professional doctor and I can recommend his clinic to everybody!

I had a rhinoplasty and the outcome is even better than I imagined. I explained what bothered me the most and showed a picture of how I wanted my nose to look and then he explained what he was going to do in the surgery and why. You could really tell that he knows exactly what he is doing and how to make the nose fit perfectly into the face. I love that he recognized every single “problem” there was and now almost 5 months after the surgery the result keeps getting better and better as the swelling slowly goes down. But even with some swelling left it looks amazing and also very natural. People who don’t know about it can’t tell that I have undergone surgery. Traveling to Turkey from Germany was totally worth it and I would definitely do it again.

I want Güray Yeşiladalı all to myself, his godly abilities performing all these amazing surgeries are out of this world. I had undergone a couple now and he will be the only doctor I will turn to when in need of a new procedure.

I could’ve never guessed I’d go to Istanbul for a rhinoplasty. Dr. Guray is the doctor you want for your rhinoplasty. He makes the cutest noses but makes it so that it looks very natural on your face. I have seen many doctors from Istanbul who have a certain style for their noses and it did not intrigue me at all. Today 05/12/2021 is my 5 weeks post op, I had surgery 04/07/2021. And I only have good things to say about my experience in Istanbul and the results Dr. Guray has left me with. ❤️ I can breathe better and my nose is much smaller after the surgery. I feel so impressed but didn’t expect anything less from a board certified doctor! I could go to the mall on day 4, which is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. The first few days are difficult because you are going to have difficulty sleeping since you have to breathe from your mouth, but it is only temporary for a permanent change to your nose. The hotel food was delicious, room service was excellent. The hotel itself was beautiful and I got a really good view just from the second floor. My experience was overall amazing. My significant other accompanied me and I felt very happy having someone in my hotel room to take care of me. I wish I could go back to Istanbul again. Much love from Los Angeles - yes I did do a nonstop 13 hour flight to Istanbul. I am terrified of airplanes but I was given medication from my primary care doctor to help the anxiety on the plane. I could say I was asleep for at least 6 hours hahahahah.

I couldn’t recommend dr guray at vanity clinic in Istanbul enough he is amazing.🥰 I was there in November and I got a bbl the service was amazing his assistants always in touch with whatever u needed some one picked me up from the airport to the hotel with a vanity car and brought me to the clinic and back whenever I had an appointment or needed to be there. The consultation was very comfortable and professional dr guray is very easy to talk to and gives u all the help and information u need before surgery ✅ The surgery it’s self was very easy felt like one second to another I woke up very cold in no pain and the doctor put a heater under my blanket and dr guray came to visit and see how I was straight after the surgery when I woke up , I stayed one night in the hospital just incase of anything but I had no problems , and there’s a nurse with u through the whole night if u need anything and giving u pain killers water food anything u needed❤️ The next day I went back to the hotel and they gave me pain killers and antibiotics I had to sleep on my stomach and I had someone from vanity always texting me and checking up on me on whatsapp which was amazing they were always there to help with anything and every concern ✅🥰 Now I’m 5 months post op nearly 6 and I couldn’t be happier with my results I got my perfect shape 😱😁 Dr guray changed my life so much im more confident now than I ever was 🥺❣️ I honestly give them a 10/10 and I will definitely be back with any cosmetic surgery I wanna get next 😁
