I bought a wagon stroller back in April. It said it arrived, but what arrived was some sunglasses they claim are so expensive. Long story short, they said I only get a full refund if I return them at my own expense because they paid plenty of money to ship out. Their last offer was 80% refund. Oh and they don’t have a phone number to call. They also said I can sell the sunglasses.

Gurios Store is a scam. Buyers be aware. They send you tracking for item and tell you the item has been delivered. They will start posting back and forth. They are fraudsters.

Fake website. You pay, don't receive and no one answers you.

Ordered a tent wagon stroller on April 13th, on April 27th I did receive a package, but it was a pair of sunglasses that look so cheap and jave chinese writing all over them. Customer support said that they can't allow me to ship back the item and will only be able to give me a 10%, 20%, 30%, and then 40% refund to ensure they don't lose money and that I can sell the sunglasses.

March 26 I purchased a tent trailer to pull behind my motorcycle. Paid extra for express delivery. Based on their tracking info my trailer was delivered Monday March 10th at 3:10 pm at my address. I still have not received it. I tracked it from a starting point in the middle of nowhere many miles away from me. There are no roads anywhere close to that location. I found where it was supposedly delivered in a residential neighborhood. I walked around looking in yards and speaking with the neighbors. No one knows anything about it. I waited for a resident at the delivery address to return home and spoke with the person. I was told that two other people stopped by the previous week looking for their items also. And last November and December the same thing happened. My account is closed after delivery. I have not found a way to contact the company since that time. I did find where my trailer supposedly came from in Kamloops, BC, Canada. That is supposedly the warehouse it was shipped from and a promotion video was filmed. The company there sells quite a lot of camping and outdoor supplies. I do not remember the name of this company but they have been in business many years and have a very good reputation. In the video in the background I saw their phone number. I've called a few times only to leave a message. If anyone has any additional information I would appreciate if you would share that with me via phone. 414-217-4481
Surprise, I purchased the same trailer November 6th, 2022 with the same results.

I order a item from this fake people march 8 they got my money and they didn’t ship my merchandise , when I contacted them they told me they sent the wrong item which I never received such , However they still asking for me to go ask my neighbors it they received it , they are scams don’t trust them …
