TestRail software is awful. It constantly goes down during the day. There are bugs that haven't been fixed for 2 years. Customer service is terrible. They never respond to raised issues or if they do, it takes them weeks to do so. Its cumbersome to use to the software. Report features are terrible.

An average reputation ? Not even close. Zero out of five stars from me. Is something weird going on inside this organization ? For sure their organization might be the worst ever encountered. Not to talk about their customer support where you wait for critical bugs of their system to be fixed. How could they help you test when they do not know themselves how to do it ? If you enjoy pain and suffering then this is the tool for you... Thanks but no thanks!

I have had enough of this garbage application.

We chose TestRail 18 months ago. At that time, it was one of the better test management tools available. Since then, it has gone down hill. It is now one of the most bug ridden applications I have ever had the displeasure of using. The function for exporting tests is garbage, and the handling of attachments when executing tests has now become impossible to use. And with each fix that Gurock have released, it gets even worse.
Do NOT buy this application for your organisation. It will cost you dearly in lost time and productivity.

TestRail product has went seriously downhill. Releases now being made without/serious lack of testing resulting in bugs. Turn around to fix this bugs is months and all they do is introduce new ones. TestRail used to be great but since I started using it again it's been atrocious. Also the customer service is awful, trying for months to get anywhere and it's very painful.

It's time to leave feedback about TestRail app.
Since March 2021, the TestRail team makes releases with critical bugs that make the usage of this app awful (you can find more details on their official website in Community).
Each release, they introduce worse and worse bugs, what is the most critical - they do not react to clients' complaints and do not revert buggy releases asap, your team should struggle with bugs within few months before they fix it.
Just to give a quick overview:
- you cannot upload the screenshot to the steps without pain
- you cannot write proper test steps (formatting is broken)
- now you cannot see the test steps themselves!! After the last release, the height of the steps is 1cm and you see just 1 line! in order to see more, you should use scroll :)

Before March 2021, personal for me, it was one of the best app for testing needs, but now I will never recommend this app and considering with my team to switch to another app.
