I've been a very happy client for about eight years. They're phenomenal in terms of adding features that customers want. You'd have to pay a quant a lot of money to do what they do to keep customers delighted. It has helped my investing process to have what I need, and I'll be a client as long as I can.
Guru Focus is an awesome site. The more you use it, the more you will like it. Their staff is always ready to answer questions and they respond quickly and efficiently!
The most comprehensive information for fundamental investors I have found and worth every cent for your home market. If you need information on more than one market, it becomes expensive for investors with small portfolios.
The customer support is 5/5 in terms of thoughtful response, timing and understanding.
It has charting but it is truly awful. I should have marked it down because of this but the rest is so good, that I thought it would be unfair. Use Barchart in the meantime.

They added a feature based on my suggestion, thank you!
I use Gurufocus every day for my investment decisions. There is a ton of information to be found there and the experience is very user friendly.
The answers to my email which lasted over 5 days were each time within 24 hours. Further my requests have been dealt with properly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to a small oversight by the person attending the matter which got have got quickly fixed. I hesitated on the 5 stars, as this was a small thing. But 5 stars meaning absolute perfection I settled for 4 stars.

I'm so impressed with the GuruFocus website, and with your responsiveness to user questions.
I've spent 22 years building my own analysis tools, and over the years I've used REFS, Valueline, FAME, MINT, and Capital IQ but they're not a patch on what you guys have done. (Although FAME, MINT and Capital IQ do also cover non-listed companies, which is useful). Your data and analysis have already helped me to sell some less promising stocks in my portfolio and replace with GOOGL in the past few days. It will be interesting to see how that plays out over the next few years.
Charlie's book "Invest Like a Guru" is also excellent, I highly recommend it.
The support responds very quick, any feature requests will be taken serious.
We (eToro) have worked with Gurufocus as an individual and corporate partner.
The team is excellent. Respond immediately and go out of their away to support your needs.
After the company (for HKSE market ) release the earning, the time required to have latest fundamental data for gurofocus is too long. It may take 10 days which is very very long. In stock, 10 days can have a lot of changes!!!
Some platform can have the update within 2 working days which is more acceptable.
I hope that this can be improved.
The data and UI are first-rate. Also the support team is responsive and exceptional
The GuruFocus support people started working on my problem promptly. While they weren't able to reproduce my problem from their side, they continued working with me, and a while later suggested a Zoom session so we could share screens. During that session, they suggested a solution for the primary problem I was experiencing, which has worked fine so far (& I expect it will continue working in the future)
Always a quick response to a question or suggestion!
Reported the issue, they handled it professionally, and in a timely manner. What more could I ask for. Great site, great service. Thank you. :-)
Financial site. Focus is mostly on investment guru and insider holdings and fundamental stock metrics and history. There is very little technical trading information here as part of this site. I like the gurufocus graphs, screeners, summary pages and historical graphs and other information. It is nice having access to 10 years of financial data on companies and the ability to graph just about everything. Depth of information has been very good overall, but I have found updated links to news and additional external research a bit lacking. A lot of emphasis is put on guru trading and holdings which is of value, but dated already by the time it is reported and available. Insider trading information is also available though. Outside contributor articles have been of value. Inside contributor articles are mostly recant of information already available on the site. There are extra features such as data downloads and Excel spreadsheet integrations I have not used. Technical support for fixes has been great.
I left a "feedback" which was answered awfully fast, considering it was probably a low priority:
"... Love the dark screens! I don't like all white, but this page is one example of not everything visible when in Dark mode. Thankfully, you made it easy to switch back and forth from light to dark. ...
Please make all screens readable when in Dark mode."
I checked a bunch of pages on the site and found no more issues.

I used the (paid) premium subscription for over 6 months.
At best this is a site you are paying for data and some tools. If you are looking for specific stock recommendations or company analysis, this is not great site.
Even if the strategy is to simply emulate what successful gurus are buying and selling, it is not very helpful as the timing of buy n sell data is not realtime, though it claims to be.
