Response to below: i explicitly indicated no and even after the charge there was no where to cancel or make any changes. So your response is just trying to use legal terms to cover a scam. Even emails are AIs, you can't even delete the account. So I had to stop my credit card so you stop scamming

Be very careful purchasing anything from this company. I wanted to try out $1.99 product and despite clicking NO for additional products, they force you to go thru before you can check out, they charged me $36 for a product I did not purchase. I contacted them immediately asking for a refund, they are refusing to do so, stating it’s my responsibility since I have purchased it, (which I did not), they are now saying I have to go try 21 days of their product, actively communicate with their curator and have to submit the proof before they can reimburse me. I highly doubt even if I did all of that, that I would ever see the refund. We’ve exhanched 7 emails, they are not only not willing to reimburse me, they are now trying to lure me in by giving me “lifetime access”. Thinking I don’t understand how digital products work. Do to purchase from these guys!

ABSOLUTE SCAM! Made a $4.99 purchase and without my authorisation they charged more than $150 in less than 2 days. Emailed them about it and still were offering me more deals. Also, they claim there're not hidden fees and that I accepted their conditions.
They say money can be refund for some purchases if I show evidence with screenshots that I have used and done the courses. I did not want to buy those courses or pay more than $US150.
Very dodgy that they don't let the user to cancel the payment method without emailing them. Complaint is going to the Consumer protection NZ and Federal Trade Commission.

The system caused 3 payments from my card that i didn't ever authorised! I bought a course for 4,99 USD with an other free and there was an automatic payment 3 days after of 99 USD!! I found other 2 payments the same day for courses I never bought!
Sys charges when you try to get out without confirming any other payments.

The program is well structured and easy to implement. The instructor responds in a timely manner and she is very polite. The feedback that I have received has been very helpful and encouraging.

Once logged in to my account I was astounded by the vast array of programmes I am able to access. Not only could I use the digital tools to transform

Everything is fake. Names that appear with positive reviews are made up. This can be seen if you go in depth on Google and social media. The same is true of the before and after pictures.
I gave dem 1 star, because I couldn´t give ZERO.

What a nice answer. I have send them emails several times. The never answe, and they don’t send the money back they have “taken” from your bank account.

Editing: Adding to my words after seeing their response below. A very polite response saying they only process payments after explicit confirmation - yet they set their website up so the only button you can push to continue, thinking you're continuing receiving the course content you bought, is a button that is obviously linked back-end to approving another higher payment. Its plain fraud.
Riddle me this - when I approved payment for the first very cheap online course, why did I not receive it?

I had same expierience buying yoga face for 4.99$ I send them the letter and the answer was this :

I just got a message from my bank, that I have made a purchase of US 99 dollars at GURUGO.ONLINE, which I most certainly HAVE NOT!
What is going on? I have NOT signed up for anything except the cheap offer which was 4,99 Send my money back!!
Beware that there is a piece of information written in small saying, that you have this offer for free for 3 days and after that - if you love it - its 33 dollars per month paid for 3 months ahead. So even if you decline all the offers you are trapped. Tjek the conditions before you accept.

I had the same experience, I thought I was buying something for 4,99 and they charged me 50 euros.

I purchased a Black Friday promotional product from Gurogo.online for 4.99 USD.
The low price was appealing, but immediately after the initial purchase I was taken through several additional offer screens. I declined every one of them.

Despite declining the offers, I was still charged an additional ~70 USD for items I did not intend to buy. There was no clear final summary page showing all charges before payment, so I had no idea extra products were being added.

I contacted customer support to resolve the issue, but they refused to take responsibility or refund the unintended charges.

This was my personal experience. I recommend checking the entire checkout flow carefully before purchasing, especially during promotions.
