I cannot express enough gratitude to Gururo for their incredible 60 PDU PMP Renewal product. Let me start by saying that this review comes straight from the bottom of my heart.
Last week, I found myself in a dreadful situation - only a week away from my PMP certificate expiring. Panic set in, as I realized that I had completely overlooked the approaching deadline. Misleading 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
I purchased the 52 PDU PMP Renewal Pack training course after seeing the website description including a 30 day money back guarantee as a reason to choose Gururo. I was dissatisfied with the quality of the videos after listening to a few and reached out to Gururo customer services two days after the purchase, requesting a full refund per the money back guarantee. To my surprise, I was informed that there were additional terms masked as frequently asked questions, and it was not as straight forward or hassle free as it had seemed. Customer service have refused to honor the money back guarantee, and refused to acknowledge that they're misleading customers by mislabeling the refund policy with '30 days money back guarantee', which is a standard industry term for no questions asked hassle free refund. Ultimately I would not recommend this product or this company as it has been a horrendous purchase experience and I'm almost $100USD out of pocket for a product I cannot use.
