Received my items today the long coat, zip doesn’t work properly material is terrible,must of been fake reviews I have read. I will contact my bank but honestly looks nothing like in picture is like a bin bag.

Received my item it does not work I have sent emails messages and have tried ringing surprise surprise they do not answer I will now contact my bank wished I had read the true reviews first .

didnt receive a confirmation let alone any shipping information, emailed them twice with no response. now going through paypal for a refund.

I am sorry that my dealings with Gusanos has proved to be a disaster. I ordered an item on 1st Sept and still haven't received it. I emailed on 3 occasions and left messages on the answer phone a recieved no response. My order no was #1064.

It's been nearly 3 Three weeks now and I still haven't received my parcel

No news of the order and no reply to my attempt to contact after one week

Ordered a Ring Doorbell. Received substandard crap that was neither fit for purpose or of merchantable quality. Paid £79.00 their own shipping insurance valued it at 10 ? !?!? Stay clear and go with your gut. Not repling to contact attempts.

Dreadful service. Ordered on 12th June - no contact since. Tried to call, email etc with no response as item had not arrived after 2 weeks. Only when I contacted Paypal did I get an email saying it will arrive "soon"!!! Furious...

Shipping very slow, no tracking/dispatch details given. Tried to cancel order but they refused. Not happy with this company at all.

I purchased from their website a Ring door bell. Well when the parcel arrived and I opened it, Surprize, no Ring door bell but a fake imitation which had nothing to do with the original.
I contacted their customer service straight away, first I called the phone number on the website for several times at different moments of the day and I had no answer and after that I send an email.
Finally received a response from them saying to send them pictures to show them the problem . I replied saying that the door bell is all packed ready to return and even if I open it in pictures you can't see the quality issues that I'm having but if they insist I'll open it again.
Ever since I send them 5 more emails, calls almost every day and not an answer. Passed 2 weeks and I'm still without a reply or any indication that they are willing to solve my problem. I will contact my bank and try to get my money back which were 79£ for a fake imitation.

If the problem will be solved I'll update here my review.

Make yourself a favour and stay away!

You send me wrong stuff .on advertising different there is show like ring brand bout that not .And slow despatching.
