Terrible customer service and lack of integrity
I had been using this product for a number of years on and off, but recently I bought $200 worth of products and fed ex delivered it the wrong address and the company will not refund me and will not send a replacement items. I have proof with photos of my house and the house it was delivered to and they still will not refund me. They said they have to file a complaint with fed ex and wait many weeks to hear back from them. I filed a complaint with fed ex and they said I have to talk to gussy’s gut to get a refund. But gussy’s gut will not give me a refund. I have lost faith in this company, total lack of integrity in how they have handled this. I have emailed them multiple times and they won’t respond to my emails now. Very scammy operations here to keep my money and not refund me. Really terrible experience they do not understand how to treat long term customers. Very stressful. Do not buy from this company.
