So where do I start, I’ve been an engineer by day for over 20 years and on my weekend and evenings off I build and race all forms of vehicles and motorsport so have my fair share of experience with tools.
I have always had my loyalty to certain tool brands but coming across these spanners has opened up my eyes to just how competitive a uk based rival can be!
Let first start with the bite!!! Oh my that bite! They rival any other toothed spanner and hands down out perform any that aren’t toothed, I tested 6 brands against them on my YouTube and they really do work.
Then next comes the feel and finish in the hand. The chrome is amazing, the tolerance on the open and ring end on the fastener is just right..super tight but just enough clearance to get on to a coated or slightly rusted fastener. I love the fact they are slightly longer then most stander spanners out there and almost as long as some company’s xl spanners, gives loads of purchase on stubborn fixings and access to tight spots like the front of the engine on pulleys and pumps.
If your in any doubt just try them.. let’s face it what have you got to loose they have a money back guarantee and let’s support a uk based company that are from what I can see striving to provide a premium tool platform at a fair price which with today’s cost of living who has £300 to spend on spanners when this set does the an equivalent job and offers the same after sales for les than half.

I’ve been putting these GUSTO spanners to the test on some seriously stubborn, rusted bolts during a JCB service, working on heavily used equipment, and they’ve been absolutely brilliant. I can’t believe I found Gusto, I needed a new set of spanner’s but wanted something I could trust to use day in day out, I’m a hobbies motorcycle builder and engineer by trade. I use these spanners almost every day. The weight and feel is great, much better than cheaper sets I’ve bought over the years. The serrated grip really grips the nuts and bolts and feels like it has a stronger hold instead of rounding off like flat sided spanners do.

Great tools and even greater customer service. I am a fan of a world leading tool firms spanners, but after trying Gusto spanners, I sold the others.
