This company has NO intentions of their product working they lied from the beginning when they stated the product has a circus taste it does NOT the taste is terrible ! They say they offer a sixty day money back guarantee they try NOT to honor the money back guarantee . I let them know the product DOES NOT WORK ! I requested a FULL refund I was offered a 15% then 20 % then 50% refund I told them HELL NO ! They lie telling you that it has to be returned and inspected by a certain date or the window for the return closes this is a LIE !
They are SCAMMERS and need to be shut down immediately ! I will be contacting the BBB and The Attorneys General office to request to shut down this SHADY company . I have All of the emails where they are lying about my Full refund I let them know I will take my chances with my military bank who doesn’t allow scammers to take advantage of their clients ! Buyers be ware DO NOT PURCHASE GUTFIT it doesn’t work and it taste like urine !

I agree with other reviewers. False advertising, false refunding guarantee. The phone number provided wasn't theirs. They do everything to not give you your money back. Go thru your financial institution and let them know they are illegitimate. I got my money back and want you to get yours.

They refuse to send return info or refund. Just keep asking for a document they never sent! Total scam. Ingredients are not as advertised. Received 6 jars on 2/25/26. Caused stomach pain, nausea. Never would have bought if they had disclosed ingredients. Maltodextrin is unacceptable. Been corresponding since 2/25/26 and either website no longer available or requests for email not received. Buyer beware!!!!

They are a scam company. The ingredients that are supposed to be in there are not in there. They promised 100% moneyback guarantee within 60 days if you are not satisfied and they refuse to give your money back. I didn’t even open the bottles when I realized that the ingredients are ingredients that will actually make you gain weight. They are refusing to refund my money and I have to submit a dispute with my credit card company and I’m also going on the Better Business Bureau.

Do not buy this product, now they have changed their name because GUTFIT is not giving you back 100% guarantee. They refuned 45.% of my money. The product smells nasty and gave me the dry heaves. Also hurt my stomach.

I’ve been using Gutfit for two weeks. I’ve gained several pounds. I’m having stomach issues and bad gas. The company is not honoring its 30 refund policy, as stated. They are only offering 20%. That is unacceptable.

Do not get this product. They are not in the States. They are out of the country. They will rip you off and overcharge you, they overcharged me, they charged me twice $294 and $348. They will ghost you the minute you ask to cancel your order or ask for a refund. I have tried cancelling the order a minute after they overcharged me and they won’t budge. I have called every number I found for them, sent to every email I found for them. They keep claiming they can’t find my order even with the documents I’ve sent them. I keep getting email undeliverable messages. They do not want to cancel the order or give me my money back. They keep hanging up on me when I call. They’ve had me in tears from the stressful experience I’ve had with them. I have been trying to cancel and return their produce for 11 days now and they don’t want to help. Stay away from them. They will take your money and ghost you. There’s probably rat poison in those containers

They charged me $117. and $98. for an order and will not refund the full amount. They keep offering 10%, 20%, then 30%. Who does that? If you oat full price for something, especially, something you never received, why would you ever accept a partial refund. It was weeks of going back and forth with no resolution! Poor customer service all around!

I am submitting this complaint regarding my recent purchase of six canisters of the Gut Fit product, which I purchased after seeing promotional advertising featuring Kelly Clarkson as well as a doctor presented on the company’s website.
Upon receiving the shipment, I discovered that each canister appeared to be only approximately one-quarter full. Based on the product marketing and pricing, I reasonably expected to receive a full canister intended to provide approximately a 30-day supply. The quantity received does not appear to match what was advertised or implied at the time of purchase.
This situation is extremely concerning, as the product is sold at a premium price point. Receiving significantly underfilled canisters raises questions about product representation, value, and potential misleading advertising practices. I have attached photographic evidence documenting the fill levels of the canisters upon arrival.
I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that the company be held accountable for ensuring accurate product representation and fulfillment. Consumers should receive the quantity of product they are paying for, consistent with advertised claims.
I am seeking appropriate resolution, which may include replacement product, refund, or other corrective action.
