I called for a warranty repair on June 15, 2021. I have called two times per week for two full months without a single response from Gutter Logic. Gutter Logic does not live up to their lifetime warranty and should not be trusted. Do not buy from Gutter Logic.

Did not replace damaged fascia! That was on quote! I showed it to a crew member when they got here!

Had a bit of a scheduling backup with the installation, but once that got straightened out, the installation was fast and so far I am pleased with the performance.

Great sales from James and crew was top notch!

Did not bring appropriate fittings. Tried to join down pipes by cutting in and creating a leaky eyesore instead. Did not install hangars 16 to 24 inches apart as advertised. Sloppy use of sealant. Could be more. Still looking. They promise to come soon to rectify problems . May have better opinion then.
Ohio Manager came personally and rectified problem using a fitting obtained from their own warehouse. Was very apologetic.

Gutter logic did a excellent job. My installer Ray M. Did a excellent job working in the rain my gutters were installed and he was very professional so all I can say is Job well done abd have already made a referral.

Gutter Logic did ab awesome job to our house. I would and will recommend them to everyone. They make sure they were very detail about their work clean everything up afterwards.

Gutter installation and products used were great. There was a disconnect, however, between what we told the salesman we wanted, what he actually wrote on the sales order and what the installers were told they needed to do. Poor internal communication. HOWEVER, the owner honored everything that was needed to be done that we wanted,and we are very pleased with the finished job.

I had to quickly move to another state and sell my house after I left, so finding contractors of any sort was daunting. Gutter Logic responded to my request in a day, had someone on site to do the estimate the next day, and did the complete project the next day. The turnaround was as quick as a person could want, and the communication throughout the process was clear and consistent even though we were in different time zones. They did a great job of fixing a botched gutter installation done a few years back. I couldn't be happier!

Gutter logic is a very professional company. Excellent communications, workers cleaned up after themselves. Of course it hasn't rained since my new seamless gutters and down spouts installed! I'm very pleased with Gutter Logic, and WILL let everyone know!

The installers were professional, prompt, quick. They did an excellent job on our pavilion. They also took care by request from us to take a look at a leaking end cap, and re-chalk it. Definitely would recommend this gutter /cover company. Thank you Gutter Logic.

The product itself is great. It’s a thicker gauge aluminum than any gutter I had come across.
The gutter covers are above industry standard.

The original crew failed to show 3 times and didn’t call.
The company works with independent contractors.
Ron the supervisor that coordinates the schedules was always available and helpful.
He got me a reliable crew and the work got done.
Tylor was the lead on this crew and those guys did a great job.
I will definitely bring this team back for more work.
Somethings didn’t get done per the contract because of supply issues.
I worked the final details out with Larry in the Sales Department.

Very professional from start to finish. The crew had the job done on time even when it started to down pour on them. The gutters work great! The crew left the yard clean!
Would definitely recommend Gutter Logic!
