The Gutter Vac business in the Southern Highlands is a joke. Talk about overpriced. They do a good job I’m not disputing that but what they charge is ridiculous. I’ve now employed someone else to do the same job for $150 less. After all it only took about an hour and I’m not paying $430 when I can pay $280 as I’m a pensioner and not loaded with cash.Also the woman I dealt with was rude and doesn’t do her job properly. Absolute rip off. I will never hire them again or recommend them to anyone.

Matthew was prompt, polite and thorough. Could not fault his approach or communications and would use him again.

I had to get up on the roof and complete the job myself. Down pipes leading to the lower roof not cleaned, which causes overflow to the top gutter and there were a lot of leaves are left over. Absolutely useless!

I appreciated the fact I could get a quote and make a booking online.
Before and after photos were provided and no rubbish or debris was left on site.

Would NOT recommend this company. Very poor quality. There's still alot of visible dirt in my gutter. I wish this page would let me upload a picture to show the lack of effort in the gutter cleaning process. It was a last minute call to get them done the following day. But if I had time on my side there where company's that gave cheaper quotes, just weren't available the following day. I would recommend trying the cheaper ones as the quality of Gutter Vac is unsatisfactory and the price is to burn a hole in your pocket.

I contacted Daniel from Oakleigh Guttervac at 7am, and by 12pm he was already at our property—impressive response time! He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. Daniel went above and beyond with his service; nothing was too much trouble. The service was A++. I honestly couldn’t recommend Daniel more highly.

Matt and his team at Gutter Vac Lower North Shore went over and above at our place. Removed gutter guards, replaced them, cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They even took the time to send us before and after photos. The price was fantastic given the number of guys working hard for the length of time it took. I was also impressed that they all wore safety harnesses and took that aspect of the job seriously as well. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Rang twice, never bothered to call back. Not great to run a business like this. Wouldn't recommend.

Very happy with the service provided by Ben and his off-sider Luke. They came to clean our solar panels and remove a couple of bird nests. Weren't able to remove all the bird nest rubbish the first time, but returned a couple of days later with different equipment and removed the remainder. They were friendly, professional and we'd definitely use them again. Highlybrecommended and competitively priced

Damon from Gutter Vac was awesome cleaned out my gutters without leaving a mess. Would thoughourly recommend him to anyone looking to have gutters cleaned. Damon and Davina Homer are the ones to call. Thanks guys

Prompt service and competitive price. Did the job quickly and thoroughly. There was some debris left afterwards. A quick email and the boss (Ben) came around within a couple of hours and cleaned it all up.
Would highly reccomend.

Roderick Bell who looks after Adelaide East was extremely knowledgeable and provided a quote within minutes. Although it may seem expensive it is worth it for the high-risk jobs his tradesman do on a daily basis. They can accommodate double stories as well as single and he also provides service for multiple elderly homes across Adelaide. Green flags for me !

Do not use this business! Bloody horrible people who do not deserve your money

After seeing what looked like good service on next-door's roof, I requested a quote for leaf removal and 12 metres of gutter cleaning. The quote seemed high, at $660, but I went for it. I have no problem with the work done, which was fine, but did have with the pricing structure. The job was done by two men in one hour, and my green bin was less than half filled with leaves and debris. After my query following completion of the work, I was told that quotes are not done on a man/hour basis. When you get the quote, take some time to study it and clearly establish exactly what work will be done before deciding whether the work will be good value for you.

Beware. Get a quote first. Ali came same afternoon I rang and I asked him to clean gutters and down pipes. 2 guys here a total of 1.5 hours and that will be $675 incl gst. Gutters were not that bad, takes them quite a while to set up so bottom line as I started. Beware.

A business practice of telling potential customers to ring back if they haven't heard anything in 5 days is very poor. It has been over 10. Not chasing. Will go elsewhere.

Totally professional, no mess and efficient polite staff.
Job has been completed to my total satisfaction and would recommend them to anyone.

In 2019 I got Guttervac out to clean my gutters. They were fast, efficient and well priced. Fast forward to 2022 and they have quoted for EXACTLY the same job and their fee is 45% higher. Thanks (no thanks).

Totally useless, job half complete but still want the quoted amount. Believe all the negative reviews, I don't know how this company survives.
