We had a lovely afternoon with Natalie. She is very charming, and took us to many interesting places thank you.

Our guide Qianyu was very knowledgeable about all the sites and areas we visited. His approach was very low key and was more then willing to adjust the tour to our wants and needs. His use of the English language was very impressive and a very positive spin to our experience

Our guide through Gothenburg was a lovely young man who was very informative and covered everything we wanted to know

Loved our experience. Guide tailored a tour just for us. The Sicilians have such a rich, broad and deep history and our guide showed us with love and with pride. Highly recommend!

I did a tour for this company in NYC and haven't been paid until now. Nothing came into my bank account. I've been chasing my money for weeks. After reading from other tour guides that they didn't get their money, I was suspicious but went on the tour anyway. The customer was delighted, but I still haven't been paid.

I contacted this company several times via WhatsApp. I tried calling several times. It is not true that the company tried to contact me via email several times. Above all, all conversations take place via WhatsApp. That's why it's a lie that I was contacted via email. I've been chasing my money for weeks.
If I don't get my money within a short period, I will also write this review on other platforms.

...I didn't go on any other tours with the company because I read on Instagram, among other things, that other guides hadn't been paid either. It's also a lie that I canceled the tour on the same day. It was two days before.
In this, you can see how criminally this company works. I was also in contact with someone who wrote to me saying that he hadn't been paid either.
I told these people early enough, and now they want to blame me. First of all, treat the people who work for you well. I have done a service for you. So where is my money?
Among other things, I have also read that many customers' tours are not carried out correctly.
So, I'm assuming they don't want to pay me. And that's how I realized that I was right from the start and that I listened to my intuition.
If I had done these other tours, I bet I wouldn't have gotten paid for them either. The review will be forwarded to other platforms.

We cannot begin to express our full appreciation for our guide, Banah. She is a genuine human being with a passion for sharing knowledge of Tokyo and her perspective from living and working here. She listened to us and tailored our tour with exactly what we wanted and added things that we didn’t even know we wanted.

We experienced Shrines, Temples, Matcha, Fish Market, Shibuya, Sushi, learned how to navigate the trains/subways, and so much more.

We had a perfect day!

The tour guide Ms Alessia was so lovely and kind. The tour became into a tour of friends walking around. Eventually it was not full of history information but she replaced with valuable information about local culture, tasting local food and combined historical places with others like markets, restaurants and stores that made the experience totally refreshing and amazing!

I was met at the hotel and taken on a great tour around the city. My guide was very kind, nice, interesting and certainly well informed. Made the city appear even more interesting and significant. I would definitely choose these service again for sure.

Great walk with Salvatore , we got a super impression how life is in Palermo. We wouldn't have found the calm streets.

I had the pleasure of going on a 2-hour walking tour of Brussels, expertly curated and conducted by Ms Nesayba. Despite the limited time, she provided a comprehensive overview of diverse Brussels neighborhoods within the city centre. In addition to the thoughtful itinerary, she shared insightful details about Brussels’ cultural and political backdrop. By the tour’s conclusion, my appreciation for captivating city had significantly deepened.

We engaged Cristiano at the last minute before we left the USA and so glad we did. He came with an itinerary that showed us interesting and delightful areas of Venice that we would not have seen on our own. As we had already been to the San Marco Plaza the day before, I asked if we could stop at a couple of scenes from a favorite movie of mine, Summertime, that so beautifully depicts Venice; and when I told him how our gondola ride did not go under the Bridge of Sighs, he took us to a nice view of the bridge and took a picture of us kissing with the bridge in the background. We also had Cristiano help us buy train tickets at the station and put us on the right platform. Thanks again Cristiano for making our short stay in Venice a success!

Flavio was a wonderful tour guide! Very knowledgeable and passionate about Genoa, which has been his home for twenty years. His expansive knowledge of the history and culture of the region made the experience very interesting, and it was delightful to spend the time together!

Anthony was amazing! He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and made our group feel very safe.

The guide was excellent. Anthony was very friendly and informative.
The one downside was that, having booked for the Friday, we were informed the day before that there was no English-speaking guide available. Thankfully we were able to rearrange to the Monday. Clearly would have been a problem if hadn’t been a available that day.

My guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I saw many things I would not have discovered on my own. I liked the fact that I could say what I was interested in and the day could be tailored around that.
