My initial approach to Guy Last was merely a tentative enquiry interested in a potential move away but with absolutely no idea how to go about it. From the moment I enquired, it’s been plain sailing. Emma responded in minutes and held my hand through the whole process, arranging interviews for me, giving me advice and the company even provide interview preparation modules to give you the best chance of success.

Since receiving and accepting an offer, Rhona has taken the reigns in the relocation team and has again guided me through the whole process seamlessly. Providing advice on third party companies to use for help with currency exchange and VISA applications (all the stuff I had no idea how to approach), which has made it so simple. Rhona even advises on flights and hotels for when you first get there, sending you over recommendations based on comfort, price and proximity/accessibility to your future workplace.

Now I am working my way through the RERA preparation, getting up to speed on the role and the Dubai regulations relating to real estate brokers. Everyone is on hand as and when you need them to help out where they can.

Essentially the whole process is streamlined and perfectly simple, allowing you to wallow in the excitement of your life changing move knowing the team will ensure you are wholly prepared for what is ahead.

Incredible experience from the get go. Not quite sure where to start!

From my very first phone call with Emma, she put me at ease and was happy to answer any queries I had, On top of that I was enrolled straight away to the RE Academy, this gave me online courses to go through in order to help out with interviews Emma had got me. After accepting a job offer I was then passed on to Rhona and the relocations team and enrolled on further courses which help with Relocation and general, helpful information regarding Dubai Real Estate.
