I ordered 6 bottles but one apparently broke in the warehouse and i was impressed by the text update letting me know, apologising and refunding me instantaneously. These were all the right things to do...but you did them swiftly, without needing to be asked and let me know that i might be short of a bottle in plenty of time. Much appreciated.
