I'm the Chair of the Academy Community Councillors at our local school and we needed a large pile of rubbish taking away after a big clear out over the summer holidays. GWR Waste Management were really helpful at advising on the size of skip we needed (their suggestion to get a bigger skip to begin with rather than need 2 small skips was very sensible) we were very grateful that they took away a large pile of unsightly rubbish in such a timely way. Thank you!

GWR was recommended by a local garage so I sent a message via their website to get a quote. The next day the quotes were issued for 3 different sites. When we signed up we already had a lot of rubbish but no bins, thankfully this wasn't an issue, GWR organised a van to be sent round that day, it was all gone within a few hours of signing the quote. Also, due to the nature of our business we don't operate all year round so a month after signing we are on a break for a few months and this wasn't an issue at all. Great, what more can you want.

A great wealth of knowledge, we were helped and advised to ensure we had the correct skip for the job working within my budget. I spoke with matt a great guy who afforded the time and information we needed to make my decision.

Been a customer with these for years now, never had anything to complain about, always on time and leave the area clean and are respectful of the vehicles we have on site.

The team at Great Western are so helpful. I have used them over the last 3 years and wouldnt go anywhere else. Quick to quote bit also quick to respond to queries and issues. Great Customer Service. And nice and Local to me meaning i am supporting people in my community.

After working with them for over 1 year they asked £600 for cancellation fee. We needed to close our business and now they want us to charge for one more year. We never been told this when we signed the contract.

Recently set up a contract with GWR, and it was an incredibly simple and easy process. We had quite a few queries due to problems with a previous supplier, but the office staff have been very helpful and easy to get hold of, sorting all our issues. Whenever we have questions about waste, GWR always go above and beyond to help us

We needed new bins and I was looking around when Harry knocked on our door. Made the whole process super easy and checked up on us. So good when our general waste bin was up for.l renewal, he was the first guy I called.
