What an appalling service , I ordered 2 wine glasses and I received one ..
my first email to them I was assured it would arrive , but it didn’t , my second email to them was to ask whether I’d get my other glass , no response, I now a third email away to them and I’ve had no reply …. Appalling service and I am beginning to think I've now been scammed reading other reviews. 3 weeks ago I placed an order for a Christmas wreath. It was despatched on Friday 31st October tracking says its waiting for customs clearance in original airport so goodness knows when I'm going to get my product. Don't bother trying to contact them ive heard nothing. Avoid purchasing anything from these scammers!

No communication and no delivery of the item. Avoid scammers. Facebook clickbait. If you do more research you will see most results are poor.
Ordered a product off their advert on Facebook. The appearance was of a 3D model of a witch in front of a bookcase that could be personalised with a name on the back of the witch. When received it was actually a flat piece of acrylic plastic around 1cm thick with a sticker on it. With postage costs it cost over £22 but looked worth around a quarter of that. Very disappointed and a very misleading advertisement.
Do not buy anything from this company. The anniversary gift i ordered and it came and was of very poor quality, not fully resembling the advert. I will have to get another as I cannot hand this to my partner for our 10 year anniversary. The return policy is rubbish and would cost me, this company is selling substandard stuff
