I ordered GX Suspension Pillows for my husband and myself in med/firm and for my daughter in soft/med and we all love them weeks on. Before, I had neck pain and found other pillows just did not help but these I feel have improved it! My daughter just adores the comfy snug feel.
When we had a delivery problem at my daughter's flat, I rang the company and it was all sorted out on the same day with minor form filling/declaration of non receipt required by return of email and a successful delivery made a few days later. I would definitely recommend both their product and service.

This pillow is well worth the money. I have slept absolutely soundly for the last week, since it arrived. I'm not a fan of synthetic pillows and have been using feather pillows for years. However, this new pillow is soft enough to mimic feathers but also gently supportive. The aches and pains I used to wake with have gone and I don't toss and turn all night long.

I purchased a GX pillow some time ago and I have to say I'm having the best night sleep in years. its supportive as I have acid reflux so I can not lay flat,

We were thrilled with our new pillows after purchase earlier this year. However, despite nightly turning and 'puffing up' they have gone very flat and offer little neck support. Today, I found time to email GXpillows and I was advised that 'most sleep experts advise replacing pillows after 1-2 years but some as frequently as every six months'!!

So if you want to replace your pillows every 6 months, buy them from GXpillows.

Great product! The pillow feels so comfortable and my head and neck feel very supported. I am sleeping so well and waking up with no aches or pains in my neck or shoulders.

We have found good comfortable pillows hard to find now that age is catching us up. The two (medium soft) we bought from Gx Pillows are the best we have had for a long time. They give good support, and because of the structure (it does not appear to be a filling) remains cool throughout the sleeping period. The beneficial difference was noticed on the first night. The service and advice also was most helpful at both times of contact. Truly good value, and we cannot be more pleased - or rested!

OMG what a great pillow. I had a really painful neck issue that I was extremely worried about but after only a few weeks of using a GX pillow the problem was resolved having had the pain for over a year! I can’t rate them highly enough. Their customer service is also excellent if you have any queries. I will not be getting pillows from anywhere else in future. Thank you Kevin and the team.

I have lost count of how many pillows i have bought now i have GX where have you been? i now only need one not two and so pleased i have just ordered two for my guest room, i cannot thank GX enough

Myself and my partner both suffer with Arthritis aches and pains .also restless sleep we have tried various pillows including memory foam etc .I came across an ad for gxpillows and a video persuaded me to try .and to our amazement we have had some goodnight sleep at first took some getting used to because of the softness. Unlike our other pillows .anyhow they are amazing and we well recommend them .thank you gxpillows

While my pillow was great initially, after 3-4weeks it has lost its shape and support! Called to arrange return and as advertised they will refund me but i need to fork out for postage to return the pillow!!!!!!! Disgrace

These pillows are the best I’ve ever had!! I sleep so well and if I do wake, I drop back off very quickly and so comfortably. I bought the soft ones but have to say they really are firm too.

I bought a pair of pillows on the basis of the many excellent reviews Gx Pillows receives. They were securely packaged and arrived swiftly. The quality of the materials and finishing is superb and astonishingly good value for money. Unfortunately, though, these lovely pillows didn't suit me! I contacted customer services and they fulfilled their 30-night comfort guarantee immediately. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

I bought a GX pillow and can't believe the difference it has made to my sleep , I normally suffer terrible at night sleeping all the way through, I have had my GX pillow for 2 weeks and haven't had 1 restless night , I was sceptical as I didn't think it would make any difference but I'm amazed , I turn my pillow over each day as recommended and I couldn't be happier , absolutely outstanding service from order to delivery , highly recommended

In the past year, I have really struggled with sleeping, waking in the night with headaches, and suffering neck pain during the day. I have bought various different pillows to try to help, but nothing has suited me. I recently purchased a GX pillow, and the results have been immediate. Not only sleeping through, but have had no headaches or pain - really cannot say what a huge relief it is. I would definitely recommend, and will buy again.

Extremely pleased with my pillow. I’ve been sleeping on the Gx Suspension pillow (med-soft) for around 11 months and it’s AMAZING!! I suffer with chronic neck pain from a previous car accident and this pillow has helped me get comfortable at night. I am sleeping a lot better since using this pillow and my neck pain has eased. Great quality product and polite customer service.

I received my pillow as an unexpected gift from a friend at Christmas. When I opened it, I saw that it was a plump size, I didn't think it would be any good for me, I've tried every size and shape of pillow. Every night was torture, I dreaded bedtime.
Was I in for a fabulous surprise....after Years of neck problems, waking every half hour. I slept through the night. From the moment I moulded it to my neck and head, it felt amazing. I would highly recommend the one I have. Medium soft. Heaven!

Very professional and efficient people to deal with. And the pillows are great. My wife has had a stiff neck every morning when getting up and used rolled up towels on top of the old pillows to ease the pain in the night. Now she wakes up pain free with the new pillows.

As someone who finds almost any reason possible not to be able to sleep, poor quality bedding being one of them, I was really happy with my Gx Pillows - super comfy, perfectly firm for me, and have held up really well after a few weeks :) Thanks! x
