Absolute fantastic gym
Absolute fantastic gym. The staff are friendly and always welcoming. I've never been so happy to go to a gym before. It's only been a month and due to the help from my PT I've gotten results already. Highly recommended to anyone

Clean and lots of equipment so even at the busiest times you don't wait long to complete a workout. Staff are friendly and always happy to help with any requests or issues.

TOP CLASS GYM - LOOK NO FURTHER
Great gym catering for all levels of fitness. Well equipped gym floor & a good mix of group excercise classes. A friendly & welcoming environment. I go between the Kirkcaldy & Glenrothes branches. The reception staff go out of their way to be welcoming & helpful. Any new comer to the gym would soon feel at home & enjoy the facilities & service provided. Tried other gyms. Alway come back . That in itself speaks volumes ……
