Please consider making stronger sealing on the package.
Everything went all right - product is good, it was fast and so on the only problem I have - the producer of the Rice Protein should make stronger sealing on the package - when I want to close the package, the sealing is so thin that the "rails" do not much together and it takes longer time to close the package properly. Or come up with different packaging - especially when is 1kg of the protein. I am afraid it will not last fresh for long.

The delivery was very fast, and the products arrived without damages, however the free sample I was supposed to get did not arrive - I specifically added 1 more product which I didn't really need to fullfill the price requirement for a free sample of my choosing, so I was disappointed that the sample did not arrive at all.

Gymbeam Bulgaria
I have genuinely liked GymBeam’s product quality in Bulgaria and have had no issues with the items themselves. However, my recent customer support experience with GymBeam.bg was disappointing.
I contacted them about a missed discount code, and the first response felt cold, generic, and overly policy-driven. I understand that promotional codes expire, but at the time, there did not seem to be a real attempt to offer an alternative, a small gesture, or retain me as a customer in the Bulgarian market.
Update: After leaving my original review, GymBeam responded in a very professional and customer-focused way. They acknowledged my concern, apologized sincerely, and made me feel appreciated as a customer in Bulgaria. I also received a phone call where they reassured me that they are working on a solution.
Although the final resolution has not been completed yet, their response and follow-up made a real difference in how I feel as a customer. Because I have always liked the quality of GymBeam’s products, and because they handled my feedback respectfully and showed willingness to make things right, I am happy to update my rating to 5 stars.
I appreciate companies that listen to customers, take feedback seriously, and try to make customers feel valued.
