My package arrived damaged
My package arrived damaged. Although the outer box was intact, one pasta package was damaged and the entire 1 kg protein bag was torn open, spilling powder all over the other products.
I am particularly disappointed because I purchased this protein on sale specifically to keep it in storage and use it later. I still have three other opened protein bags to finish first. Since this one arrived already opened, its recommended shelf life after opening has effectively started, even though I had no intention of opening it yet.
This is very frustrating, as I have lost the ability to store the product unopened. I expected much better packaging and handling of my order.
I would therefore like to request either a replacement with a new, undamaged protein package or a full refund for the damaged product.

All in all great, I just found that when I use a promocode and it states the discount is 20% and the discount isnt 20% I am a little disappointed. And whene the courier dropped the package off he gave it to someone else :) And didnt even bother to call me.
