Bought mats from this company and found the staff very responsive snd helpful. Would recommend. Good customer service is hard come by!!

We have ordered quite a few pieces of equipment for our gymnastics club this year. The staff are just incredible. Each staff member was knowledgeable on all the equipment, they were extremely patient helping us pick the right piece of apparatus for our needs, and the quality of products have all been fantastic. We cannot recommend James and the team highly enough. 5 stars from us.

I've just received a beam for my daughter from Gym Mats Ireland. While delivery was slower than usual, James assured me that it would arrive before Christmas and it has! Customer service was good, with all my questions answered. Thank you, Niamh.

I ordered a gymnastics beam and it was delivered the next day. Didn't get a confirmation email, however did get an email a few hours later confirming the item had been dispatched and was given the tracking number. Had a slight issue with payment, sent an email and got a response within 30 mins from a very helpful guy named James. Can't comment on the quality yet as i haven't opened the box but I'm not worried based on other reviews. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great communication from staff, the pallet arrived well packaged and on time. The mats are of a very good quality and with no smell that you often get from other brands. Very happy with my purchase.

I had a look at a few options and they all had a strong rubber smell until I came across these flatline mats. Great quality.

I ordered a gymnastics beam yesterday & it was delivered within 24hrs. It's a gift so cannot comment on quality yet but from inspection it looks beautiful, really strong & exceptionally well made. Highly recommend.

I ordered gymnastics balance beam and to be honest I didn’t receive my invoice straight away so I was petrified that can be a scam.
I’m glad to say that the mat was delivered yesterday 2 days after I order it. It’s perfect in a great condition. I highly recommend

I recently had nine mats delivered to Cork City from this company, and I must say, I highly recommend reaching out to their sales team before making a purchase, just as they advise on their website.

As for the quality, I can't provide a definitive verdict just yet. I'll certainly update my review if the mats don't meet expectations. However, if they prove to be as promising as they appear upon first inspection, I won't feel the need to make any changes. Initial impressions suggest they're of decent quality

Confirmation email was never sent until i messaged demanding one and it was a good job I did. 7 weeks after I ordered I still hadnt received anything or heard from the company at all. I messaged but got zero reply. Good job I had the confirmation email so the bank was able to get my money back. SCAM!!!!!!!!! To this day they have never got in touch with me. They were very quick to take my money initially though when they had no intention of sending me anything.

This website is a scam. I ordered 30 rectangular gym mats for €730. They did not acknowledge the order. When you email them they ignore your emails and there is no phone number to contact them. I had to reach out to the bank to recover my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
