I order pair of dumbells, waited 3 weeks, dumbells was delivered to the complete different address and county, got refund after all.

Ordered an adjustable bench and came with no assembly instructions. Emailed to get a copy and never heard anything back and the website has been down for over 2 weeks. The bench is ok but if I did have an issue there's no one to contact anyway!

Dumbbells broken after 2 months. Poor chinese quality. Not recommend. No support as website not reachable.

Great customer service. I knew I wanted weights but wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. GymNow were (very!) patient and helped me pick out what suited me best. Quick delivery and great quality. Would recommend.

Bought an adjustable weight bench. It was very cheap considering the weight it can hold. I am 95kg and had been benching 120kg and have no issues with the durability.
