It's very basic. I don't have nothing new on this days

I reviewed all the materials in this program, and they were just okay. The issue was it was a difficult resource to refer back to easily over time and there was no additional value added over time. The meal plan wasn't customizable for my preferences or the resources near my home, so I just fell back on a low carb diet I always used instead. I found another book I liked much better that discussed supplementation to support pregnancy as well as nutrition for reduced inflammation and reduced blood sugar spiking. Gyna cost me over $150 for just a short time accessing. The book on audio cost me $20. I almost forgot to cancel this subscription, too, after I got pregnant. That would have been so frustrating to pay for this again!

I have learnt alot of things in a simpler and unique way and I love it ❣️

I have known to different health benefits for fertiloty issue

To know that carb actually contribute a lot to fertility.
The company has done well in the following ways:-
I. Giving details about fertility, what to eat and what to avoid.
2. Also, the ability to list nutrients needed for fertility and the value of sugar in developing quality eggs. Before now, I actually thought, carb were not really needed for fertility. Thanks

So far I am learning so much that makes perfect sense and explains a lot!

I signed up for a free trial of the services (no meal plan) and when I cancelled they offered me a reduced subscription price for three months which I accepted. They have taken an extra £110 out of my account! I was horrified so cancelled my subscription and it said I had a meal plan (which I never agreed to subscribe for!). This approach breaches every consumer law out there so I have requested a full refund as I do not want to use this company's services anymore after these practices. If I do not get a refund I will be contacting the consumer regulator for breaches of consumer law, particularly related to subscriptions. Shame on this company having these practices and preying on people who are using their services in good faith to get pregnant.

It has been great to learn about all the things that help, since there is so much information out there. Thinking you are eating something healthy, when it could be harming my fertility.

I like it! I wish the recipes were a bit easier and that I could put the recipes straight from that page into the grocery list but other than that big fan

Only just signed up so the proof is in the pudding but great experience so far really easy to use and well explained I’ve learnt so much already after my first day.

Really amazing app that helps you understand how to support your fertility. And gives hope.

I want to here more, of what to do, instesd of explanation of everything

I used Gyna a few years ago getting ready for pregnancy, but that relationship fell apart and I quit the lessons. Now I'm ready again, and I immediately jumped back on the Gyna train because of the recipes and the compact lessons full of great nutritional information. You are what you eat which means your future baby will be too!
