I got 2 emails stating I joined the trial period recently. I dont know how that could have happened and how do I not get charged not once but twice. The emails states I joined trial Sat at around 6:30 which I was preparing to go out to a concert by 7pm so thats a No. And then again Sunday morning. I would have been asleep. Again I went out the night before to a concert. So Im guessing pop up ads and being hit while looking at the screen to view the time on the phone mid sleep. And as far as the Saturday one, No idea as I traveled to reach the venue I was attending. What card would they even charge is the question. What email???? Trying to reach the site it asks to login. I have no login information saved for the site. I do not want to create one because I do not need and will not be using the service. Any help is appreciated. How do I cancel a trial period I didn't subscribe to back to back within hours of each other.

I feel like I paid for information that I can just Google or ask chat gpt. I was expecting way more value from this for the price charged. It feels like it was meant for elementary school students. I was hoping for something much more personalized from the way it was advertised. Honestly it feels like a scam and id like my money back please

I was very doubtful at first. We haven’t been able to get pregnant without medical intervention, and our last attempt failed. This quiz popped up on my social feed I took it and said if I followed these things I could get pregnant in 6 months. Very doubtful that would happen I knew I have wanted to get my hormones regulated. This seemed like the solution. I followed the classes and the meal planning.
The first month I lost 8 pounds, my hair started to grow back.
At the end of the second month I had lost 12 pounds total, and inches around my waist.
And a very surprise surprise a positive pregnancy test!
We were so thrilled and excited!
One of my best pregnancies! And our baby is the best edition to our family!
I am so thankful for this app, this experience and this knowledge I have learned! It is amazing what our bodies can do when we are taught and feed it the correct things! Thank you for helping us complete our family!

Gyna showed me exactly what areas I could work on to improve my fertility. I took a look at my nutrition, personal products use, the amount my husband and I had sex and learned key things risking my fertility. After 2 months, I'm now pregnant. My husband and I are so happy. I am happy with the app all the info is very clear concise and I am learning a lot. Maybe if I have to say something that I don’t like much is that sometimes is too repetitive and a little stressful with many notifications and emails to follow the courses.

Learned a lot from the courses. I thought this app will offer more than just courses and learnings, it turns out not to be true.

If you only want to learn about the dos and donts for getting pregnant plus some recipes, this is a good app. Otherwise, other ovulation tracking apps are better.

I think the learning aspect is great, but I’m disappointed with the meal plan options. They don’t seem to closely follow what is being taught in terms of nutritional value.

The information is a bit overwhelming and lacks structure. I need an executive summary and a checklist of actionable steps before diving into the technical details. Please provide an index or a brief overview of what I need to do first, rather than starting with the science behind it. I want to know the 'how' before the 'why' to keep it engaging. Additionally, I would like this information to be available for download so I can keep it for my records

Understandable micro-doses of information that are easy to follow in this journey

I have been trying to cancel my subscription and its very difficult and havent been able to and ended up passing the free trial there is no contact information for help so I would avoid this company

So far Gyna has helped me understand so much more about how to create an eating plan this is supportive of my fertility goals as well as provided me with information and tools for how I’m to improve my lifestyle with daily supplements as well. Thanks Gyna for teaching me helpful steps for preparing for fertility and hopefully pregnancy. Also this app showed me how my daily (especially food) choices are setting the tone for my body’s readiness through my blood sugars, hormone levels and cellular energy!

The cancellation of the subscription process in murky. I thought I canceled during the free trial period, but you have to cancel each service separately. Anyways, less than 24 hours after I realized I was charged, their service rep denied my refund.
