This company needs to: be honest and provide better customer service

This company needs to:
1. be more honest in advertising. For example, they advertise the G13 as all terrain. It is not. The G2 is advertised as off-road, at best it is all terrain.
2. customer service is horrible. Missing parts? Good luck getting them sent. I have had no response regarding missing bolts for the k2.
3. buy a warranty. Hard to believe you get one. No details, no documentation. Nothing.

My husband purchased our daughter a gyroor hoverboard back in 2023 for Christmas. She hasn't been able to ride it once. I have a year worth of email correspondence with customer service and they never corrected the problem. I requested a new one, they wanted to diagnosis the problem. So after submitting the videos they requested they identified it was a battery malfunction and wanted to mail the new part and for me to replace it. First off, I don't know anything about that kind of stuff. And second off, they didn't wanna guarantee any kind of warranty. On the piece I was going to be, to be putting together. So I was not comfortable with that resolution. Keep in mind, this was a brand new three hundred dollar hoverboard that had never been ridden on. To this day, this company has not corrected their mistake.And it's ridiculous.I will never buy from this company again!!!!

This company can improve by not lying

This company can improve by not lying, and actually helping their customers out.
I brought a hover board for my son for his birthday in June and he was over the moon only to realise it was a faulty and I contacted them time and time again and I got ignored for weeks then when someone replied they told me we would receive an email multiple times which we didn't. The board is under warranty but they just care about taking money and not fixing there products under warranty

We purchased an electric bike from Gyroorboard. Less than a month after the purchase, the bike stopped working. The company initially assisted with a providing a replacement part after waiting weeks for a shipment from China. When that replacement part didnt solve the problem, Gyroorboard no longer offered a solution. Our emails have gone unanswered and their phone number does not work. Stay away from this fraudulent company. We have an $1800 bike that does not work.

Scam

Ordered an electric scooter and got the scooter ok. Now 2 weeks later I'm still unable to use it because the steering column screw doesn't fit. Rendering the scooter useless, and numerous emails are going unanswered.

Stopped responding warranty issue

I bought two scooters. I love them and they worked well for us until one had a back wheel lock. I sent numerous emails and videos to attempt to get a “fix” Gyroor stopped responding and replying to texts when they realized it could not be an easy fix. They refuse to respond to my request for a replacement or refund under their 1 yr warranty. Beware. Cheap scooters that work well when they work. Will not honor warranty!!!!!

The Worst Purchase I’ve Ever Made – Gyroor Should Be Out of Business

If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a brand new Gyroor hoverboard for my son’s birthday — a moment that was supposed to be joyful, exciting, and memorable. Instead, Gyroor turned it into a month-long nightmare filled with broken promises, ghosted emails, and blatant disrespect for their customers.

The device was defective right out of the box. I followed every step they requested: I sent videos, filled out forms, repeated calibrations (over and over again), and waited days between each sparse reply. Their “support” team either doesn’t exist or is trained to stall you until you give up. It’s a scripted loop of excuses — designed not to help you, but to wear you down.

Let’s be crystal clear: this product is still under warranty. And yet, Gyroor has done everything possible to avoid honoring it. Their behavior is not just negligent — it’s unethical. This company has zero integrity. They are actively scamming customers, and their warranty might as well be printed on invisible ink.

Avoid this brand at all costs. Do not trust their flashy marketing, and don’t fall for the fake reviews. The only thing “innovative” about Gyroor is the way they’ve weaponized poor customer service as a shield against accountability.

To Gyroor: You sold a broken product to a child. You ignored evidence. You failed to deliver basic support. You stole a birthday. You should be ashamed.

They are a scam

They are a scam! Avoid! e-bike motor broke after two months (motor stopped) and they do not respond or answer phones to resolve the issue, Avoid this company!

Company is a total scam

Company is a total scam. We received a hoverboard for Christmas that did not work right. paid $400 and customer service has been nonexistent. Product is junk and they will not accept a return or communicate.

Would give negative stars if possible

Would give negative stars if possible. Company is a huge scam. Bought a scooter from them. Battery was defective right from the get go. Contacted the company about the problem multiple times. They didn’t email back for over a month and a half. After a month got a hold of credit card company and they agreed after all this time with them not emailing back that they could issue our money back. Right after that, the scooter company said they would send a battery for me to install. After that didn’t hear back from them at all and they sent the money from the scooter to collections. Try calling and emailing and still won’t contact back. Company is a joke. Don’t EVER buy from these low life’s.

Terrible product and customer service

I purchased the Gyroor Scooter for a Christmas present in December of 2023. Within six months the back tire went flat three times. We changed out the 2 inner tubes that were provided and on the third flat, we just went and bought a new tire. Two months later, the front tire is flat. This is a scooter that was bought to ride a short distance to and from the community mailboxes. This is not a scooter that was taken all over the place. Then starting in November as we were coming up on one year, it started cutting off and leaving you stranded after showing a full charge. It would just STOP and then not move. However, if you waited 20 minutes it would start again and then cut off after just several minutes of riding again. My issue is that upon reaching out to their customer service department, I got an immediate response and they asked a few questions. Then after I answered, they have just ghosted me. I feel like they absolutely DO NOT care about their customers. They have never gotten back to me even after a second and third attempt to get some assistance. The product reliability was questionable from the start as we could not keep a tire inflated almost from the beginning. The most disappointing part is that after contacting them, they could care less whether we were provided with any assistance or guidance as to what could be done. I will never recommend or purchase Gyroor products again. Beware, unless you have money to burn, product is mediocre at best and customer service is nonexistent. Shame on your Gyroor.

Good shock absorption

I bought a C1pro scooter with shock absorption for my mother, she can feel its stability and firmness when riding it, so she can go shopping to the supermarket in the morning by herself, which is very suitable for daily commuting.
