They're good what they do , but when coming to a bespoke decal set and if you have to query it their attitude towards you is diabolical, I think they forget you're the customer and you're paying for a service and items where you have to be satisfied. They previously lost a sale from me due to their attitude but when I ordered again he put the price up. 50% of the time there's decals missing from the sets.
…great quality and responsive customer service, a little advice; go for the faster postage option as I went for regular shipping which took 2 weeks, I’ll certainly go for the faster option next time…if I have a deadline to fulfill 🫲🏼🤩🫱🏼
They made very good cycle decals for a cycle repaint.
I was able to specify exactly what I wanted. This included a reproduction of a complicated decal on my seat tube, reproduced from several photographs, as the decal went around the tube. They were even able to change part of the decal silver.
They weren’t the fastest but the quality was excellent.
It is worth noting that I had tried other faster providers, without getting what I wanted.
