Completely useless styler, attachments are cheap and don't even properly attach to the host.
Can't even wrap the hair and even if it could they wouldn't hold. This product is a complete joke as is the entire company, they use sneaky editing techniques to create an illusion of a functional styler in all of their advertising and I feel so stupid i didn't realise it at first. In fact I am actually sure that the models are styling their hair with a completely different tool off camera before cutting to the final result!
After realising I'd bean scammed it only took me a quick google search to realise I could have gotten the exact same thing on aliexpress $40. Literally the exact same.
They've just slapped a logo on it. This is not a 'professional' hair tool, it is literally a wish product with a heap of false advertising!
Customer service is also terrible. Safe to say this will be going in the trash and I will be sure to check trust pilot reviews before buying a replacement elsewhere!
