Delays and lies

Two weeks after my original purchase, Habitium informed me of an additional two-week delay, on top of the 5-week delivery time advertised on their website (btw it still says 5-week delivery time on their website today). We are now 7 weeks past my order date and, despite having promised in writing by email that there would be no further delay, Habitium even refuse to give me any shipping date. They only communicate by email, and their replies feel generic and AI-generated. I strongly recommend staying away from this company. I'm absolutely certain that 90% of the reviews here are fake!

Edit: I've sent Habitium my order number as requested.

Edit 2: Right after I sent my review, I received an email from Habitium with an UPS tracking ID associated with my order. However, it seems that the delivery is scheduled to take place in the Netherlands when the delivery address for my order is in Spain!

Edit 3: It's good that you admit your errors but I need an urgent solution and my order to be delivered latest for this Monday, 24th November as I've a photo shooting the following day. Please find a suitable solution urgently.

Bought Outsunny Foldable Live Animal…

Bought Outsunny Foldable Live Animal Trap for catch and release of cats within cat colony.
Shipping was excellent, received it quickly. I am providing 4 stars because the cat escaped through the angled flap when I was carrying the trap from my car to another car for transport to be sterilized. The volunteers and I do not have confidence in the trap. It took one week to catch the cat again. It had escaped in a nearby town, not the town it is from.

After 3 weeks of awaiting the cabinet

After 3 weeks of awaiting the cabinet, the currier does not bring it upstairs and they just call you 20 mins before they arrive to the address.
other than that it is ok

Transporters generally try to deliver to the residence, but in some cases they are unable to bring certain materials upstairs due to the nature and weight of the items, as well as the limitations imposed by their scheduled routes.

Misleading specs and poor customer service

I purchased an elbow hose connection for a shower but the specification sheet on the Habitium website was misleading and the thread connection is inappropriate. The customer service representative, repeatedly informed me they were checking with the manufacturer to see what options I may have in replacing the item, either exchanging it or proposing another option. I received ill-considered answers that were simply frustrating - "The manufacturer confirmed the item sent is correct, and with the instructions already shared, installation should go smoothly." even though I detailed the issue. Fobbing me off. I wasn't necessarily looking for a refund, just some guidance. Definitely not worth the hassle - bad information, no follow up. Habitium don't care.
