Appalling service

Appalling service. A plumber has fitted our shower screen incorrectly so leaks badly and customer service refuses to provide me with fixing instructions to check what is wrong

Very bad and not reliable company

I ordered a material for my bad, they told me on there website that it would be at my home in 3 days time. Now i already past weeks and did not yet got my order and the only respons they give me on mail is that they will check it with the transport company... Never they come back with a good explanation or time when it will come. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this company!

Very poor quality

I bought two nightstands. When I unpacked them and started to assemble them I saw that they were of terrible quality, many scratches, dents, unevenly spent, the drawers do not slide well. I wrote and they replied that I should send a photo of the packaging from all sides and a photo of the defects, but since the goods were unpacked, the packaging was damaged. They said that after they receive the photo they will change the goods, but I do not want to receive such a low-quality product and pay for shipping. Do not buy very poor quality

Quality product

The order ( an industrial style bar table) was delivered promptly. It was of a very high quality and simple to assemble .

Worse customer service ever!!! Just don't go near them!!m

I would give 0 stars if that was possible. The sideboard is o.k., manual was wrong at some things but not a real problem. BUT THE CUSTOMERSERVICE IS ROTTEN!!! They are simply employed to discourage any complaints. Two hinges were not working and the LED light had a plug that does not fit the Irish socket. They made me jumps through hoops, every time I sent something, they wanted something more. They won I have given up. The stupid hinges and plug are not worth the hassle, needless to say I will NEVER go near them again.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE

Appalling disregard and disrespect for customers. A dishwasher was delivered to us in Portugal on 3 March 2025, in a non-functional condition. We still do not have a solution, almost 5 months later. No replacement, no refund, no apology. This company cannot be trusted. AVOID!

To avoid!

Honestly so disappointing as the shower I ordered came in a smaller size ( on the website it was stated it can go up up 120cm, but in reality it was 88cm, and to have it bigger, a separate extension need to be purchased which information on the website was missing), and it was also missing some parts to connect the shower leg with a tap. They replied that nothing was missing and they won't accept a return since I installed the shower. But how would I know if it was too short or that a part was missing if I did not attempt to install it. Ridiculous! Like 0 customer rights. Now I need to buy the missing parts separately.

Assume everything they tell you is a lie.

I once unwittingly worked for a company that was slowly going bankrupt. Towards the end I witnessed the puzzling tricks and scripts they’d direct us to use; taking payment for out of stock items, gaslighting customers, and delaying refunds. I didn’t realise what was happening until we got our pink slips. With me, Habitium has employed every single pre-bankruptcy trick in the book. They are clearly a company on the verge of insolvency. I strongly recommend all shoppers be very leery of these specious fraudsters.

UPDATE: Habitium requested my order number (which was 641651) suggesting mine was a fake review. More gaslighting.

Advertised time frame wrong and not refunding money

I have ordered from Habitium in the past and everything went well. But this time I have a very different experience and I am waiting to get this issue resolved. I ordered items that were supposed to be delivered within 1-3 days. A few days after my order I was notified that in fact it takes 14-17 days for the item to arrive. A slight difference to the advertised timeframe on their website that actually still shows 1-3 days.
Many emails have been exchanged with one of their employees called Cristina. I explained that I can't wait that long and that they should refund the money. In her emails she asked for my confirmation and I kept on repeating that I want my money back. The email communication is ongoing for 5 days.
The entire email chain exists and shows clearly how I asked multiple times to cancel the order due to the fact that the advertised delivery time could not be met.
Today I receive a new email that the items have been shipped and that I can return them in accordance with the return policy - meaning I am supposed to pay the costs for return because you failed to handle this situation correctly and talk to the supplier within days of communication?
Absolutely not, this is unacceptable. According proof about the entire communication can be provided.
