Worst Customer Service

Bought an elite squat stand with pull up bar amongst other things. A nut and bolt set was faulty. Have been trying unsuccessfully to get a replacement set. The customer service agent manning info@..... is just not willing to accept that the set can be faulty. I've spent last few days sending pictures, being taught how to install a nut and bolt like I'm stupid, being told that I've used the wrong nut with the wrong bolt despite of there just being one kind of nut and one kind of bolt, and so on.

Anyhow, it's been a very frustrating experience. Will never again buy from Habitual and will never recommend them.

All equipment was delivered and follow up emails and phone calls were given. Some of the equipment was not installed as agreed.

New home gym

My wife and I had been talking about getting a barbell and rack for a couple of years now, we decided to go ahead with the premium package while upgrading to the half rack. Love everything we got, really nicely packaged and was easy to assemble. Great communication from the company throughout the process. We collected from warehouse to save on shipping.

The purchase process was nice and…

The purchase process was nice and simple, as was delivery. The product itself (purchased 2.5kg and 1.25kg change plates) had some aesthetic flaws. Functionally it's fine, but the finish is flawed. Not the end of the world hence 4 stars.

Products are excellent

Everything went great as one would expect with some minor feedback from the perspective of helping you:
1- The adjustable weights need to be adjusted on both sides separately. It would be easier if this was just on one side or if there was a way to switch between the 2.
2- Delivery notifications were not as accurate as is expected with other online retailers.
3- Delivery driver did not ring the bell, knock the door or advise of his arrival. Simply dropped the items at the front door which was hard to carry in as I was not at home (delivery notifications).

Products are great and am expecting to grow my collection so will look out for great deals.

Called and got onto Hayley

Called and got onto Hayley, who was insanely helpful that put into James, who organised our commercial agreement.
After the experience with another Equipment company, which was terrible this experience with Habitual was 1000% times better.
Will be using Habitual for our next location deck out!
