Had two phone calls with customer services about a couple general enquiries regarding both Warhammer collections, the two agents I spoke too were super friendly and informative, one of them even helping to place an order for me, cannot fault the service I received this far, just started my Spearhead collection looking forward to the first delivery.

The kind of service you can expect
Found that the tracking number was not working with the provided link sent to me in my orders email. After messaging the customer support email, Keira messaged back within an hour to confirm that the tracking number was correct, it was simply that the link was setup to go to UPS rather USPS. After changing which website I went to, the tracking number worked like a charm. Other than that, my orders have been delivered without issue in perfect sealed condition. If this kind of service is what I can expect going forward, I'll be happy to continue my monthly subscription until I have all issues.

Cart before the horse
Why am I being asked to review the experience before I even have the product in hand. I literally get the shipping notice today then 4 hours later I am being asked to rate my experience. How can I rate something I do not have yet. At least wait until you get a delivery confirmation before bothering me with this. Otherwise I would have given it 4 stars. It only loses 1 star because of the poor packaging. They send these in plastic bags so the magazine always come in banged up, bent, dinged, and wavey.

Everything about the experience & transactions is superb, *except that the shipping tracking numbers never truly exist (error, please input valid number, et cetera); so it's really just a guess when your order arrives, from the funds being charged.
