Well 4 months now parts delayed not…
Well 4 months now parts delayed not shipped. I was told to call but I get the same answer every time. We can only go by what our computers say. Sorry your customer service sucks. All this pushes back my delivery. So taking longer to finish build. Im done calling you guys have my number you call me. I just want to finish my build. Im in the US so I know there is a time difference. So this back should have been shipped last week. Oh and the web site constantly says site can't be reached. Have to try like 10 times to get into my account. Look, the parts are amazing. The build is amazing. There customer service is Horrible just plain Horrible. Please stop with the excuses and send my parts and stop being like the other not to mention company FH. Be like Agora models. If I ask them to send me my next set of parts they dont tell me you have to wait 28 days. They sent the parts immediately. Now that service. Hachette. Fix your customer service. And send me my parts without excuses. The only way now that you are going to get a better rating is if you get me my parts this week and then issue my next pack of parts right after without giving me the computer excuse. I calculate that you are almost 2 months behind with all the delays. .
Also I know how shipping and manufacturing works so dont need any explanations. Lastly you guys can contact me im done trying to contact you.
Please fix this . Thank you.

Could do better.
Overall a good build. However, many of the parts do not align well and in particular at the end of the assembly the expectation, particularly for moving parts, they should align.
Intricate parts, break easily, while as the model builder the responsibility is mine, having to build the model, store sub assemblies for long periods of time, increases the risk. I expected some ‘fettling’ or ‘ tinkering’ may be needed but it would be helpful if additional advice such as ensuring key moving parts must be aligned would have helped. Accidentally or deliberate, having loose parts on the final model is not good, particularly when considering the overall cost. A final mention for the delivery. Please consider the courier company. While I believe there was no damage to the delivered parts, this seems more luck than judgement. All the packages arrived in a shocking state.
