Activities used to attempt to recover hacked personal facebook page were a total waste of time. When called out on this, failed to even respond to emails sent. Don't waste your money. They'll just send you on a wild goose chase.

Update: I in no way expected services at no charge. But what was concerning was responses received from the forms that the Hacked personnel had me complete clearly stated that the entities to which these forms were directed had no bearing or influence over the Meta platform. Emails from the support representative simply asked the same questions or asked for the same information repeatedly

I had given up hope that I could get access to my Facebook account after it was hacked. I tried to do everything that Facebook said to do, but it was just a frustrating circular process. I found out about hacked.com and was a little suspicious about having someone else help me with my account after being hacked once. But I'm so glad I did! In 30 minutes I had access to my Facebook account again, the hacker was totally "eliminated" from my account and Aaron helped me set up privacy and security settings in my account to avoid being hacked in the future. It was a miracle! Do not hesitate to reach out to them for help, even if you've given up hope of getting your account back.

Thank you, Aaron, I was very nervous about my fb account being lost forever. It too so many sessions via the phone, but finally the credit card security question worked, glad I thought of using the laptop in the final session. Thanks! I wish I had tried via the laptop on the first try. I could have saved the stress and headache of so many sessions. Thank you for being patient. The hacker was persistent and would keep changing his 2 step authentication and kick us out. Worst start to the new year.

Greg was able to walk me through the steps to get my Facebook account back. I had lost all hope in getting back my memories that I had collected over the past 14 years, along with my business page, but Greg was super helpful in helping me get it back. No way of get my Facebook account back, I tried for two weeks after I broke my old phone. I had changed my number before that and had no devices previously logged in with. You can't call Facebook so I called hacked and was back in. It took 25 minutes.

Aaron guided us through the steps to recover my mom's Facebook account after it had gotten hacked. The hacker used her business ad account to run $2k of fake ads. On our initial call we made no progress, but we had a second call 3 weeks later and Aaron ensured the hackers were removed from her ad account, and then walked us through the steps of securing her account.

He was fantastic!!! I run a business so punctuality is very important to me and he was on time with both calls. He is very knowledgeable and straight to the point. I,not once, felt as though he was extending the call longer out of greed.
He was not able to get it fully resolved at first but just like a good business man he had a contingency. 3 actually.
Could have been a terrible time typing out the form 3 different times but he had it as a template. I just needed to make it case specific to me. Only took like 3-5 minutes to get it finished.
He also revealed some things to try on my own while waiting for the pertinent responses. I recovered my account today!!!

Christian Erickson is more than five stars! I spent just shy of two hours today with him helping me and getting my life back after hackers had destroyed my Facebook page and was using it to solicit over 2000 followers in a bitcoin scam. And it is not a small thing to repeat "I got my life back" I am an artist and I have many followers and I post my artwork all the time. I cannot recommend this site any higher if I could I would. Once again, my guy was Christian Erickson. I can't imagine they get much smarter than this young man! Five stars.

It was worth the money for an hours help. I had run out of options to get my Facebook account back after it was hacked and locked. In 50 minutes they helped me get it back, plus checked that all the settings and recovery options were good, plus that any connected pages were removed etc.
