Just had a second job after out beautiful bi-fold doors completed by Hadleigh Glass, absolutely superb, Josh and Callum are ultimate professionals and I’d gladly use again for anymore work

Disappointed. Ordered a replacement bedroom window, stating clearly to the salesperson it was due to increasing condensation. (When we had previously had the window replaced 10 years ago, it stopped all condensation). Then there was a mix up over the day/time of fitting as the fitter allegedly hadn't been told the same day/time we had been told by the office. Nice new window fitted. Still got the same amount of condensation! Complained to Hadleigh Glass who gave me a leaflet about condensation and denied a new window would combat condensation. Why don't they tell you this BEFORE you spend nearly £1K? Apparently the salesperson wouldn't know anything about condensation despite their business being selling windows! SELLING being the goal rather than good customer service.

A bit mixed. The sales folk were fine & the back office.
We ordered a new front door at £3,200.
It came with only 3 keys, extras were £30 a go. Maybe we are odd with 4 now adult kids but at least an offer at purchase of a better price would be nice.

Fitter #1 left a howling gale down one side (as the door didn't meet the wall) and mastic on the brick work that I was susposed to fix.I tried & frankly it wouldn't move. Surely such an issue as the thinner ali door and the right trim should be known at the site survey?

The gale was to be sorted according to the fitter by his 3rd party mate at £80 cost. The trim we had he said wouldn't cover that. I was suspicous when the fitter told his man I have another one for you.

I lay awake pondering this & thought no. Contacting Hadliegh the next day resulted in fitter #2 who resolved the issue and Charlie who runs the installation teams got fitter 3 in to fix it to perfection.

Well done Charlie & his team.

So part of me is really pleased with the end result but part of me thinks I was nearly if not conned at least left with a bad result.

P.S. after I posted this Charlie did contact me to point out the first fitter was a new employee & didn't follow the company standards. That I accept but the review reflects by customer experience on the day. Hadliegh did quickly fix it though hence the mixed experience.

Fantastic after-sales service from Stacie and the team at Hadleigh Glass. From start to finish, they’ve been helpful, responsive, and genuinely easy to deal with. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and any issues are sorted quickly and efficiently. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We have started and finished our new extension.
We eventually bought a 5 door bi fold sliding doors set and a 2.5x1.5 lantern in grafite grey.
We searched high and low until I found Hadleigh Glass. Now we had quotes up to £8000 for what we wanted so I was absolutely surprised and amazed at the price I got from Hadleigh Glass.

My wife and I moved into a new build bungalow in Nov 2025.
We experienced a problem where the front door would not lock. This was on a Sunday. I went onto the website for Hadleigh Glass and booked a service call. I expected it would be at least a couple of days.
Not at all. First thing the next day on Monday a very nice lady called me, Stacey Lambert, she arranged a visit for us the same day. Fantastic service.
Before I retired I was an engineering buyer for a multi national company agreeing multi million pound contracts across the world.
One of the acid tests of a good supplier is how they react when something goes wrong. If they react well, then you have a very good supplier. Cost isn't everything. Hadleigh Glass are very good.

I had a lovely set of Bifolds doors done in Chelmsford and they whole thing went smoothly and the price for the product is excellent!!

The team of two (Callum and Josh) had to work on a miserable day and it took them the full day to install four windows (bedrooms and bathroom). They were professional and courteous, only stopping when we insisted they had a tea/coffee. After completion they took care to clear and clean, both inside and outside. We are extremely pleased with the work and wish to thank them via this review.

From start to finish , excellent service. Really happy we listened to the advice provided by the sales team and went with the Ali frames. Great look , slim , flush looks really modern. Fitters installed promptly and to a high standard. They made sure all windows were cleaned and also all rubbish removed from site. Would highly recommend for any windows or doors!

Appalling service, misrepresentation during the sale. Horrendous customer service. Lied to by managers, lies were confirmed by fitters. Damage to property. Windows fitted in a rushed and uncared for manner.

From looking in the showroom, help choosing the doors and the fitting and after sales service has been excellent! The fitter (Sid) was a really nice guy and installed the doors to a very high standard. Our internal doors look fantastic. Thank you!

Really nice people to deal with, order went through without problems, arrived on time and didn't let us down at all. The guys that fitted the door were really thorough and professional. Cleaned up and made sure everything was tidy and taken away if rubbish. Would definitely use again, in fact I am :-) thank you everyone.

I was really pleased with the process from beginning to end. The customer service was great, Chris was friendly and super communicative. My quote doc had all the information I could need and again Chris was helpful with my follow up questions. On top of that the guys who fit my windows did a great job. Would highly recommend!

Had all our windows and doors from hadleigh glass over a couple of years all brilliant any problems they so comes and sort them out . Recently I noticed that our keys were marking our blue door and wanted some touch up paint . Contacted hadleigh glass and Stacie was straight on the case not long after we received a touch up pen in the post . Thank you Stacie

We filled in the 'service' form at about 11.15 or so this morning, and marked it URGENT because the lock on the door wasn't working. Within about 10 minutes we had a call, and an email. And in just over an hour the engineer arrived and fixed the problem. We were quite amazed. It has become unusual in this country to either expect, or get, service like this. We are truly grateful Thank you Hadleigh Glass!
