Shopping was easy, product quality is high and delivery times are very very reasonable.
Navigating the site is very easy and I love the fact that you show comparative prices with other sites and show similar items within your site.

Been saying International flight has departed for the past 5 days now no update no sign of delivery should of received the package today will give a better review if anything changes so far not happy.

I ordered two jackets a pair of ear pods. The order came right on time. Communication was slow at first but after I emailed half price,it changed instantly. The jackets are way above my expectation they don't match with the price. I am sorted for winter. I love my earpods they are my leave home without item.💓♥️

I wrote the following review immediately after receiving my order. They immediately apologized, refunded my money, asked for pictures, then promised the error would be corrected for future buyers. So, customer service gets 5 stars. I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.

It took 2 weeks longer than it was supposed to take and when it finally arrived, one of the shirts had the "gr" missing from "great" and other words on the front and the alphabet on the sleeve so messed up that it's not even a word/alphabet.

I was waiting on an order tha was do e on the 13th October and I did NOT receive my order at all

Had issues for couple of months after placing order and it kept saying processing. Sent email got one back saying please send proof of payment. Nothing went out my bank. Tried again with making payment through paypal got same message after couple days checked my bank account no money taken out. All kept getting was processing. When payment processed will let me know. Sent email again got repeat response contacted my bank no payment gone through. Set up order again tried with PayPal which is issue. Should not take all the time it was to go through. Decided to do same order paid through bank card and amazingly went through immediately. Why are they having issues with not taking payment through PayPal. Why advertise they do paypal when mine isnt working andvits not my bank stopping it or paypal Thankfully banks as long as have proof payment order etc you get full refund back. Hoping to get order. Did say by 6th November but got message saying after payment order sorted 3-5 working days then certain time delivery. So be mid November if in stock.

The quality
of the goods I've just recived are outstanding a beautifull long length red coat with a red fur hood I love it the quality is out standing i would highly reccomend and the price is outstanding I also bought a beautifull blue 3 seater cover the quality is outstanding and the price un believable I would highly reccomend iwill continue to shop with half price for a long time every one should try it

This is very strange. Why should take my money, you have gave me date that 26th of September and till now I have not receive any item and no update or what so ever.

Ordered 5 items and delighted with them all. Couldn't believe the quality for such low prices. Fantastic store and will certainly shop there again.

HaffPrice, in my opinion, are an excellent site in which to get quality items for 50% less or in some cases even better than you would have to pay in the high street shops. I urge people to just give them a go and then compare HaffPrice costs to the costs anywhere else, you won't be disappointed. Every order I have received have been in excellent condition, due to the way it is packaged. In some cases the items have arrived a lot earlier than expected.On a couple of occasions I haven't been happy with a purchase, at no fault to HaffPrice but the issues have been down to the shop I have ordered from. Without any hassle at all HaffPrice have given me a refund and on a couple of occasions they have sent me a £30 discount voucher as a way of an apology. Thinking back I haven't used a shopping site that has been better than the customer services of HaffPrice.

Pleased with all my items a bit disappointed with I item which did not look anything like on the website yet still exceptional in value and quality only hiccup is when buying trainers go upb2 sizes cos they are very small I enjoy shopping with half-price I can't wait to get my parcel as it is always a surprise I have no problems and will be shopping again this month love there trainers 8 pound bargain and super comfy
