Having had 3 companies take money then say they couldn't do it Hafod were asked to send someone to make sure they could do it as in a roofer not a sales person... The man they sent was brilliant, he assured us he could do it! On the day they arrived in the morning and we're done by mid day. The workmen cleaned up any mess they made. Really pleased they even helped fill in the paperwork! If you want solar panels I would urge you to call these guys up. Thanks Hafod you were great!

Hafod Renewables provided a good service, which was good value for money. The staff were polite friendly and competent at all stages of planning the installation. We would recommend the company.

At all stages of the project enquiry, estimate and implementation, Hafod have been a model of efficiency and courtesy, doing what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and always available to respond to any queries. And the work was carried out by experts with a minimum of interference and interruption. Just one thing prevents our adding the 5th Star - we feel the lack of good clear information for us to refer to after the installation work was completed. Information was given to us verbally, we have the manuals and descriptions about the various pieces of the kit, but we - and we imagine others - would find some simple User Friendly Laminated (for example) Cards very useful so that we could take decisions as time passes, weather changes and usage patterns develop so that we could take the decisions we want, need to take about, for example, hot water heating, domestic machinery use and timings, etc. Let's call it the Idiot's Guide - we happily call ourselves the idiots but we are entering a new world of how, what and when we use and generate our electricity!

Roger from hafod came out to do the survey, no pressure and very knowledgeable. Solar panels fitted 3 weeks later over 2 days and very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. I was pleased with the level of service, quality, fitting team and Mike at Hafod who arranged for the Feed in tariff . A good company.

Not only are Hafod Renewables excellent during the installation of the equipment, they are equally proficient at guiding you through the paperwork part of the job and sorting out any difficulties with the various agencies involved.

Hafod were recommended by a friend and we are very pleased that we chose them to install our biomass boiler. The competitive price quoted was adhered to and even when we changed our requirements Hafod's charges were very reasonable for the extra work involved. The workmen were all polite, professional and tidy. The boiler works really well and appears to be more efficient than our old oil fired boiler.
Three months on and we have just received our first RHI payment - happy days!

The original discussions were very helpful and everyone seemed to know exactly what they were doing. The workmen were polite, friendly and Lee was super efficient.The only reason I gave 4 not 5 stars is because we haven't managed to get quite the savings we had hoped. Not Hafod's fault at all, but we hadn't really grasped some of the caveats about how we might not get the heating incentive and the knock on effect to our financial savings.

Fab company to deal with from start to finish I would have absolutely no problem in recommending the to others.

The price quoted was competitive and adhered to, the equipment is working to our expectations and we are very happy that we undertook this project
