Disappointing Service and Lack of Accountability After Installation
We hired Hagen Glass to install a steam shower enclosure in April 2025. The door seals failed twice within months. The company has refused further responsibility leaving us stuck with non functioning $2,200 shower door. A very disappointing follow-through for a company we once trusted. I can’t remember a worse customer experience where no resolution was able to be negotiated.
Update: It took filing a complaint with the BBB and the SD State's Attorney office for the company to finally agree to give us a full refund. They came out and reclaimed their door, but they withheld funds for a few weeks insisting that I remove my reviews. I told them that wasn't going to happen and I would take legal action if I didn't receive a refund, which they finally did. I am appreciative that 15 months after this engagement started that they finally did the right thing. I have raised my rating from a one star to a two star.
