I have been a long time customer but no longer. I don’t receive the right size and they said they would she d me a replacement if I only pay for shipping so I paid $16 for 2 replacement. I emailed them after 2 weeks staring it hasn’t arrived yet and they kept saying it will come so I waiting longer. After a month they said only one item was available. I told them I wanted a full refund on the one item not available and still this day I still haven’t gotten a response on a refund. I still haven’t gotten any replacement on the one item they said was available. I have been emailing them constantly and they keep saying it will come. This now has been over 2 months. I last requested I now want a full refund on both items since I haven’t gotten anything. I have yet to hear from them. I’m no longer a customer and have stopped referring friends/family

This is NOT an american company as implied. They are out of China. Made the mistake of buying a bathing suit. Did not fit properly. They charged me $16 to do an even exchange for a different size. I would have had to pay $16 every time I needed to exchange the outfit for a different size. I will never do business with this company again. They do not do business by US standards. Very difficult to communicate with.

I received my jacket in a timely manner and was extremely pleased with the quality of the jacket. I highly recommend this vendor.

If I could give a zero I would give a zero. Never got my product for 2 months then fought with the company for 4 months to get my 60% of my refund which they said they would give me. Now it's been over 6 months and they say they can't give refunds after 6 months total scam don't buy anything from these people

Very good communication with customer service, my order took a while but I was inform of everything , even one of the items can not be made and they did the refund immediately

The clothes do like exactly like the pictures and they fit really well. I was nervous to get my actual size because things online usually run really small. In all honesty, this website is okay but it’s just a glorified SHIEN. A lot more expensive than SHIEN but the same quality material. BUT SHIEN’s clothes never looked like they did online, so this website is more accurate. Overall, I am happy that I found a website that has decent clothes because stores have the worst selections now.

I have purchased 2 dresses from Hailnia. One of them really doesn’t look like the picture and doesn’t fit me. I asked for the dress to be returned and they offered me $9, and told me to keep the dress, when I paid $43.99. I said, I want my money back and don’t want the dress that I’m not going to use. Next, they offered me $13, and then again $22. What kind of company does its business like this?! They said, if I insist on returning the dress, then I have to ship the dress back to Dubai and pay my return shipping, then they will refund me. When I asked for the return address, they didn’t even provide a name I’m supposed to ship to. It really doesn’t sound legitimate.
SO DISAPPOINTED! Think twice before you buy anything from them!

Interesting clothes to choose from. It took a couple of weeks to receive the items and I started to worry, but they came!

Easy to order and good delivery service. The sizing is very generous. I ordered a large, I should have gone for a medium because what came was comparable to an XL size.

I communicated quite often with this company as I have experienced bogus companies before.... they were prompt with their replies, kept me updated as the package was running a little late. Overall, satisfied with not only their customer service but also the products. Will buy from them in the future.

I love most of the items received and I’m okay with a couple of them. I should have read the distribution of the fabric before ordering as the pictures make it look different than what it is. But with that said I am happy with the purchase and already have additional items in my cart 😁

Like the materials, always wash well. Items are not always true to size. In my recent order the T-shirt fit well, the lounging outfit was not a true xl and the top was a little snug, even though I usually wear large.

The sweater was as displayed in the photo. Sizing was correct. Very happy customer.
