FIRST, THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM; THEY DISPLAY A FAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER THAT DOES NOT WORK; THEY WANT PICTURES, ETC OF ITEM EVEN THOUGH I EMAILED THEM THE DAY I RECEIVED IT AND STATED IT WAS UNTOUCHED SINCE THEY SENT WRONG ITEM; CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLINE IS SNIPPY, AND TOTALLY UNCOOPERATIVE.
I received extensions with a complete blunt cut! Did I mention I payed 300+ 22 inchs for half the hair?! this os Equivalent to trash, after contacting their customer service and requesting a replacement I was told. They have no sellable merchandise they could send me (Meaning they were scamming customers online) Below is the interaction of them stating that.
Do yourself a favor and don't buy from here all hair is damaged! oh did I mention if you open the product they won't let you return it? They excepted mine but it tool 1 week of dealing with there incompetent customer service .As stated by their manager all merchandise is damaged

Looks like total scam!!! Don´t recommend. When you fill out all the info including payment and press on "confirm" button, nothing happens. Wrote to their facebook page about the problem, but got no respond. Got only blocked so I can¨t leave a public message or a review.
