My disabled daughter had to cancel an appointment booked on the Tuesday after Easter Monday due to illness and Sheron was extremely abusive to my daughter on the telephone and slammed the phone down
Sheron clearly has no insight into diversity and inclusion , extremely rude lady and doesn’t deserve my daughters custom

Rude owner. Give you an appointment and then swan off to lunch leaving you to sit and wait for 30-40 minutes. This is not the first time! The girls are really lovely it’s just the owner going around shrieking that she owns the place and wait or don’t wait she doesn’t care. Girrrl pleeeease! Get over yourself. Clean your salon and get some manners!
